Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, North Olmsted OH

A family favorite, we all can find something we like. The bread and unlimited soups would be enough for a good meal, though we also like to order an other dish, soo much to choose from, and the quality is always great. Our last waitress was Ashley, she was excellent.

Very good food and service, server was always on point and very attentive, food was out fast and hot, overall very good experience

All of the food was delicious and was packaged and ready when promised and was delivered to my vehicle by a friendly person. All of the food was labeled except for the soups. That is why only 4 stars.

Ordered to go, waited in my car 15 mins after my order was supposed to be done and 25 mins after I checked in. Couldn't wait anymore so I found the food sitting on the counter inside. The guy actually asked me if I wanted to leave a tip, yes, if it was 15 mins ago and I was still in my car, of course with the added 15 mins and the 10 min drive home my food was, at best, Luke warm

Best Olive Garden I have ever been to. Food was delicious. Server was very friendly and so was the manager. You could tell they were short staffed but not by the food or service. Always a treat to com here.

Went with a large group and the restaurant was unable to split by seats which led to a lengthy paying ordeal. Go elsewhere if in a group. Good food and decent choice if one check.

Always get a great meal here with great service. Sat in the bar booth. Great atmosphere and fun time. Tour of Italy was spot on.

The service here was amazing for to go orders! I ordered chicken gnocchi soup and breadsticks, and drove all the way home (15 min) just to find out that I was given the wrong soup. Like anyone would do, I called to get another soup/refund. The girl who answered the phone was sweet about it, transferred me to a manager, and the problem was fixed by Miloš. Let me say that he is the greatest manager ever! He handled the situation apologetically, generously, and with such kindness that I was astonished. This went from a two star (because the breadsticks were good and the lady who ran my food out was sweet and hardworking) order to five stars all thanks to the incredible staff. Thank you Miloš!

My three friends decided to treat me out to Olive Garden since I’ve never been there. My waitress was rude and barely came to the table my friend than found a hair in her pasta than I tell the waitress and she cuts me off and goes ok and walks away the manager than comes and my other friend explains the situation how my other friend found hair in her pasta after than explaining I tell the manager can you please replace her pasta and she cuts me off again and goes I can tell her than myself And walks away on our way out we say goodbye to the host and she ignores us so we say have a good day louder and she again ignores us horrible experience I will never try Olive Garden again I’m extremely disappointed

Go to a different olive garden Gas up the vehicle trust me. Ordered damn near 2 hours ahead get here to pick up food…listen if you want food from this location order it when you wake up or the night before.

This particular Olive Garden wasn’t the best. Our waitress was pretty slow she only had 4 tables to tend to but took a while on getting our refills, on our order as well. And you know how they ask do you want cheese on your meal, well she barely added cheese and blamed it on the new had shredder she had idk but middleburg hts facility is much, better just my opinion

Me and my friends were there on a Monday night for a dinner for my girlfriend. (it was also my friends first time ever there btw). We we’re treated with bad service and not only that we found a long piece of hair in our Alfredo.

Called to order take away and was placed on hold for 10 and 1/2 minutes with no one ever coming back to the phone. I ended up hanging up and eating somewhere else.

Brian our waiter was the best so attentive made sure everything was perfect it was but if it wasn't he would've made it right I hope Olive Garden realizes what a great employee they have.

My baby took me out, it was good however for the cost we decided Fazoli's next time. Olive Garden just don't have much of a selection on menu. Waitress was very nice and perfect timing on bringing us refills without even asking!

Were told our wait would be 30-35 minutes. We waited OVER an hour. When we were walked back to our table we noticed SEVERAL tables open with no one at them. Either staff your restaurant according to your capacity or close your doors until you can. The service itself was good which is what saved the rating to come up to a 2 star.

Michael the bartender was awesome told him I had not been out in awhile due to passing of wife (lack of funds) he gave me the lunch portion (it was after 5pm) and just 1 meat ball for like a buck fifty.the food was as good as the service. I'm eternally grateful
