Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Fairborn OH

After my terrible experience at a different location on my birthday today was a complete opposite. And Hannah our waitress was the best. We will be back to this location

Waiting service is top notch.
Food is absolutely gross. Chicken parm was bland. Sauce was like eating a spoonful of sugar. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO UNO'S.
Or heck, Fazoli's is better than that place.

Terrible customer service got the bill wrong 3 times. Then proceeded to keep an extra 5 dollars. Worst olive garden in this area.

Our waitress, Ginny, was awesome! Our drinks were never empty and she brought bread sticks and salad before we asked

Its one of my favorite restaurants. I recommend restaurant to everybody. The food is awesome in customer service is awesome. The money that I paid for the food us worth it. This is a great place to go to celebrate birthdays anniversaries Etc

Walked in and the place smelled like puke, walked us back to a table and the smell wasn't as strong but still pretty bad. It made me sick to my stomach so we left immediately.

The food was just delicious. Served hot and accurately. Our waiter was wonderful. He anticipated our needs and accommodated all of our requests with a smile and can-do attitude. His name was Zack. We have always been very happy with the food and service at this Olive Garden but his service stood out in particular. We did tell the manager how pleased we were with everything and most especially our waiter on our way out of the restaurant.

So gross. First, dirty plate, waiter forgot to bring clean plate. Waiter hit my husband with a napkin, very slow and to top it off we found a bug in our salad.

Service was not at there best tonight. 3 out of 11 dinners where not right
We had 11 people in r party.

Bread-sticks and salad are the bomb that is all I get unless it is my birthday I love their spaghetti and their desert.

I'm Italian. One of the worst I've been to. Could tell chicken parmigiana was heavily processed. Restaurant had foul odor throughout. Cheese ravioli had mostly stringy cheese like mozzarella?

The service was spot on. The food was delicious. Best meal and service we have had in year at any Olive Garden.

Very nice service here with a good value on their lunch time menu. It gets pretty busy at lunchtime and the parking lot can fill up. The food is fine though, and the place is clean. No complaints here.

Last time I went there I had a human thumb nail with the skin still on it in my salad, they gave meal that I couldn't eat free and a 30.00 gift card.

Good food at decent prices. We go for the salad. Unlimited salad is a great bargain with several meals costing around $10.

Tasty food, great waitress. Hadn't been there in awhile. Salad was good and all our entrees. Waitress checked on us frequently and kept our glasses filled.

My hubby and a couple of other, myself was going to the Air Force museum and stopped for lunch. It was about 11: 00am. They had just opened and hadn't got real busy yet. Our drink and meal order was taken. We had no issue. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The food was delicious. Thanks

Wonderful resraurant. It's been a long time since I've been to Olive Garden, and this wait was worth it.

Food was fresh, waitstaff was friendly and helpful, and the dessert was pricey but worth a splurge. I recommend it!
