Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Cincinnati OH

I had the stuffed shells and took home an entree of alfredo. The taste of food and the service was magnificent! I'm usually dissatisfied with OG, but they really redeemed their name on my book on this visit!

It was really good, and a clean atmosphere. Every waiter and waitress had on masks. It was awesome

Thete was a nice amount of people going in and out the restaurant. I chose touchless. I called the number locayed at the parking area the food arrived fairly fast. The shrimp scampi was fair. O though the noodles were over cooked almost sticky but it was on togo plates. Bread sticks. Good. Soup amazingly good

Sat for 15 minutes after a 15 minute wait and no server bothered to talk to us, although we were seen by at least 7. Left, won't be going back. Didn't complain to management because I hate being offered free stuff, I just want my time to be respected.

Love the make your own lasagna. Felt sorry for the to go staff. I walked in to get the order and the poor guy was dealing with unreasonable customers and he seemed flustered by the time he got my order. I told him to calm down and it's ok I am not in a rush. I give him kudos.

The food was okay but our server wasn't the greatest. She never checked on us, and when she did, didn't remember to bring what we asked for (like water!) Or experience was only so so.

Food is good but you couldn't buy a smile from a server who was not assigned to your table. They can take lessons from Buca on how to treat customers.

The staff was reallly good, the atmosphere is always nice and the food was delicious. Our family always tries different meals and share them to try out and all are good. So are the appetizers. Pricing is well worth it.

Thought there would be a long wait since it was a Saturday. But there were bar tables open, sat immediately since they are a seat yourself. Waitress introduced herself, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and helped decide the new options. Food was hot when it can out of the back and was portioned well and delicious. A staple of ours, (about once a month) and did not disappoint.

This was my first time in olive garden referred by a friend to try "Salad". I loved the ambience and the waiter was so polite and nice. Salad was amazing Indeed and garlic breads were perfectly baked.
Although I didn't find anything so special about pasta (my main dish) but overall a nice place and would love to be back.

Always love a trip to Olive Garden! Waiter was friendly and attentive, facilities were clean, food was delicious.

Very fast and friendly service tonight. Server did an excellent job of helping out with some little things for our 16 month old to help ensure she didn't get to fussy. Food was great also.

Good service which was a surprise.food tasted good but all three of us ended up extremely sick later. Not sure but maybe we had bad shrimp.

Not too crowded, clean resteraunt and bathrooms, excellent service reasonable prices. I had a great dinner with my family I would definitely recommend it to anyone I would come back anytime.

Very busy but good Patricia our waitress was very nice answered all our questions I would say the only problem I had was there was a couple in a table across from us who had about six glasses of wine the glasses were still left on the table as they kept getting more wine so one of them fell off the table and shattered and glass went everywhere hit me on my leg I think it hit my husband too didn't break the skin or anything but other than that the food was great

Jojo was our server we really enjoyed her she took good care of us (party of four) 30% tip to show our appreciation, we will be back when in town which is often Thanks again Jojo

Except the bar tender chugging a fifth of Vodka straight from the bottle four times in front of us, then emptied it into a glass and drinking it! Service was fine!

Waiter very nice and on the ball. We enjoyed our visit and meal. Food was hot salad fresh. Excellent

Found something in my chicken alfredo it looked disgusting. Normally my family goes to olive garden alot and when i found that in my food i will not go back

Disappointed with the salad. Lettuce tasted blah and maybe spongy. If the Tiramusu for $7.00 got any smaller I would have turned around and had them take it off my bill. It was a togo order. But it was packed up nicely and quick. Staff friendly and nice.
