Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Mansfield OH

Gwen was our server she was not having a good night obviously she was rude and didn't want to be there. We all have our days but my lord. She had the customers in front us unhappy as well. The food was alright the company amazing but they need to have something change.

Great service and great food! Tried the Chicken Tortellini with Alfredo sauce for the first time and it was AMAZING! The Chocolate Lasagna wasn't too shabby either.

It was exceptionally wonderful. And so wss our waitress Nicole. She was fun and gave us great recommendations

First time I’ve ate there in a year and OMGOLLY. I wish I could kiss the chef! The food tastes soooo good now. Usually fried food upsets my stomach and I had the seafood trio appetizer and no problems! The flavors in everything was so good. I’m insanely picky about my salmon and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. You have a foot stool for kids in the bathroom! Finally someone knew to put one in a bathroom! Service was awesome too

Great date night here! With “limited capacity” seating the wait was about thirty minutes but we were seated a little earlier than the expected wait time. Our waitress Melody did absolutely awesome! She was attentive and super friendly, and brought everything right away. Excellent service.

We go all the time and we have barely any complaints other than the prices are too high & sometimes the service isn’t the best but overall it’s our favorite restaurant! Great for date night or just because!

Easy to order catering. Lots of options for large groups. They provide gluten free pasta and will customize an order for special diets. This is not fast food. Make sure to provide enough time for a leisurely meal.

Food is usually good. $72 plus tip for 4 people I guess seems like a lot for noodles and chicken. Coffee iced tea. Maybe I'm just too cheap.

The restaurant is pleasant, the servers are friendly. The food I ordered: shrimp bowl, was awful. Plain pasta with shrimp and a salsa. Sent it back. Was comped.

Great food, & service. This the Olive Garden in Mansfield. Actually Ontario which is a suburb of Mansfield.

Delicious dinner and friendly staff. Kudos to our server, Bethany, for giving us such a wonderful experience! She was very cheerful and ready to help. We will be back!

Parking lot was nice and full as I circled around 5 times trying to find a spot to park with reserved seating. Went elsewhere with a parking spot available

If you download the app and join the waitlist the wait is super short! Everyone was waiting 1 hour, and we waited 1 minute!

Cant beat the alfredo sauce, that's about it, the food isn't freshly made, and for a Italian place.kinda a big deal carrabba's is way better

Went for a work Christmas party. Had reservations for 4 weeks. However took an hour for our seats. Also server was horrible. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and forgot a few peoples drink for another 20 minutes. Not very attentive.

Our food was delicious, our server (Becky) was great. Can't go wrong with buy one take one. Five cheese ziti, delish! Oops, should have taken a picture.

The services was excellent. And the food was even better. I would recommend this Olive Garden! One of the top ones.

Wow! I think they are my favorite restaurant on earth. Well, I also like Alfredo’s... But that’s in Italy.
