Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Cuyahoga Falls OH

We had a small wait.our waitress Marle was amazing.but the whole staffed looked stressed then a Mgr (young guy) came over to our waitress and asked her a question and before she could finish her answer he threw his hands up and walked away.you just dont do that in front of customers.now I seen why everyone looked stressed

I didn't really like their food. But to each their own. If you like a lot of sauce on your spaghetti, make sure your tell them.

The service was good, and the food was delicious! But very pricey, and too expensive to visit on a regular! But overall a nice place to dine!

I wish I could remember her name but my waitress was the absolute greatest ever. Her attitude was phenomenal. I'll be back!

My wife and I went to olive garden yesterday and service was pretty good. We both got appetizers and mine had to be sent back because it was so burnt and I could barely cut it w/a fork so I had our server send it back and it came back much better. I was pleased w/my drink and appetizer. And my wife was also pleased w/her appetizer. Our server Emma was good and we'll definitely come back every chance we get.

It was good, they added new things to the menu, the server was really nice and took good care of us.

Good food. Ordered regular coffee and got a pot of very weak decaf. Asked for another pot and got the same. Waitress said they didn't have regular. Cancelled coffee and just drank water.
The temperature was unnecessary cold! I wish I would have had a jacket on. It was 82° outside and just guessing at the inside temp but sitting directly below a air outlet I bet it was 60-62°.

Getting real tired of my lasagna fritta appetizers coming out burned, tired of sending them back! Don't understand how a chef can send out a food item BURNED! I would be embarrassed. When it Cooks or bakes to much to serve, throw the damn thing out and start again. New food needs to match new decor!

Dining in experience much better than To go experience. Waited an additional 20 mins after the 30 min wait to pick up order. Not to mention it was inconvenient to pick up at the crowded bar. Terrible first experience in using pick up service.

Did not have a good time my food came before my mom's food and they skipped out on my food. So yea won't be back. Noo

I got the create your own pasta bowl with rigatoni, 5 cheese marinara, and shrimp. It was okay. Little on the bland side. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. Was going to give 3 stars for running out of two deserts, and having to settle for what I really didn't want. Our waiter pushed it to 4 stars.

It's okay, the sauce does not taste like an authentic Italian sauce does at least not the way my grandmother used to make it. I do really enjoy their salad it is awesome, and their breadsticks.

Great bday experience for my daughter! Service and new menu selections were great. Easy call ahead que helped our party of 9 move along quickly.

Worst service I had ever tonight at Olive garden, waited almost hr for food which never came out so we finally just got up and walked out! Girl had to be told several times to get us silver Ware and drinks! People that came in half great after us had there food before us! Couldn't find waitress so we just got up and left!

The food is really sub par it's not authentic Italian food nothing is made there just basically reheated
My pasta was sitting in a pool of grease the shrimp was super chewy just plain not good

Prices were very high, place was so loud that I had a headache after eating. Service was very slow. Food was okay but not worth the price.

Good food. Service ppl are horrible, always act as if they aren't working there but indulging in conversation. Had to call management on hostess They are always rude. Managers are nice.but the front entry of employees need to be replace. Carryout workers are excellent. Never ate in always carryout

This location features a brand new parking lot and a completed redone interior. Food selection was great and the food tasted better than most Olive Garden experiences. From the small samples that await when you first arrives to the mints provided after dining, everything was great. Wouldly recommend a visit to this location, as they boast what the new Olive Garden look and feel is all about.

Waitress was great food was ok. Just gave us our soup then our lunch was dropped onto our table by one of the busboys. Even the waitress complained Pasta was way over done. I wouldnt reccomend.

Love love love this place! Food is fantastic, service was great, atmosphere was awesome. Favorite restaurant!
