Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Mentor OH

Went to store there was two women working. Neither of them where wearing mask. The cashier was coughing all over everything.

I love working at Ollie’s I am the supervisor for domestics come and say hi to me and sometimes I am on register

Store was extremely messy. Items were all over the store in places they didn't belong. Extremely hard to find anything and the employees were no help

Fun place if you know what to expect. Not super clean or organized, but lots of good deals on a wide variety of household things, rugs, clothes, food, and lots of miscellaneous stuff!

Variety is an understatement in this store. I could shop all day here. The prices are also amazing. LOOOOOVVVVEEE IT

Karen the cashier made sure i got my discount such a sweet kind woman she brings an aura to the store i appreciate that will bring me back!

I appreciate their employing seniors, however, when shoppers have a cart full of items and the cashier's are up in age and a little slow it's a bit of a headache how long you have to wait in line. Many times there's only one line. Maybe a bagger to help the cashier would speed up the process. Also, I can appreciate a wonderful greeting when it's my turn but I don't want to have a full out conversation because that slows the cashier down even more.

The items they carry are good. Some items are a little pricey, and the aisles are a bit messy and crowded by overstock but for the most part it's a fairly decent discount store. I've been shopping here for years and I will continue to shop here.

Always a good bargain to find. I don't always find specific items I'm looking for, but I always find things I didn't know I needed. Prices are amazing and staff are very nice and helpful if you need anything.

Better than other Ollie's that I've visited. Very organized with only minor clutter. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable about specific items that I wanted.

You can find quality items at a bargain. Store seems to be dated overall, especially when compared to other locations. Check out their ad for new arrivals. #TiaTriedIt

The wifey and I went there for the first time today and here is my quick review.
The store over all appearance seemed dirty and not well kept. It kind of felt like we were at both a dollar store / Goodwill hybrid.
Most of the employees looked unhappy. Most of the prices were not that great as we looked up prices at other stores to compare but things like spices were cheaper. Not enough savings to drive 8 miles for.

I hate having to say this but we won't be going back.

Don’t buy any vacuums from here. We got a Shark from them. Fell apart in a week. Tried to return it “we don’t accept open box merchandise” but when we bought it, all the boxes for the shark were tampered with. I’m out 100$ am I have a broken vacuum. So thanks a lot.
