Ollie's Bargain Outlet reviews
20I went to get a particular item I saw in an ad. Haven't had one of those in a long time either nor had I been to Ollie's. The store, located in a previous s toys-r-us store still had the stickers on the floor "from the good old days. The floor appeared to have not been throughly cleaned since back than either. The store is not clean and well organized at all. Items appeared in a disorganized and illogical manner. To find what I went for was difficult to say the least. The categorization of item was come what may. I must say, however, that some type of an attempt was made but unsuccessful. There was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Everybody was going every which way with staff not easily discerned. Some shoppers wore masks some didn't. I will not be returning because I value my health and even though finding the item I went for it took longer than it should have and this item, on sale, required a lot of hunting. Not worth risking my health again for 5 or 10 dollars. I finally found it at the very back of the store not easily marked but far from all the like items not on sale. Lesson learned when is a sale worth it?
The store is crammed with merchandise. You can find great bargains if you take your time. I was hoping to find Fall decorations but those were gone and they were displaying Christmas items.
I’m giving them a five star because one gentleman helped me with getting a 8x10 rug and my other things I purchased and brought them all the way out to my car, loaded my car for me and took my cart back for me. He was VERY nice and I recommend this store to anyone. This is the 2nd time I have ever been here. I’m only 29 years old and really appreciated the kindness the staff offered.
Lots of great deals. Clean, organized store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Today was just my second time there. I went in for two things I saw in their ad. I didn't grab a cart, and the boxes were bulkier than I thought they'd be. As I walked toward the front of the store, an employee approached me, took the boxes from me, and went to grab a cart for me. That's great service
The store is dingy. Some staff are helpful. But, yet again, they do not enforce masks. Many employees weren't even wearing them correctly.
You never know what kind of deals they will have and that's one of my favorite things about this place. Wide selection of personal care products, tools, home goods, and toys. The only section with not too much selection is their foods department. Come in here with time to spare because odds are you will want to look around.
I watched a mgr.humiliate a cashier who simply asked him to do something on her register that only a mgr.can do. I will never shop there again. Very poor mgmt!
Ollie's always has a great find! Today was great dog beds for my German Shepherds for only 16.99 each! They are Mossy Oak and removable washable covers!
Good stuff, usually cheap! Some lesser-known varieties of products, but thats how this style of store works.
Always a new adventure to see all the bargains. I try to stop in every couple of weeks as the inventory is always changing.
I was amped to try the place, but they seemed more like a second hand store than a better big lots. It's a big store, but it's more of an "Impulse buy" store.
They have just about everything! Store is jam packed with lots of stuff. You never know what you will find.
This store has pretty much anything. You want to make sure that the items weren't considered damaged or returns, but other than that it was a great experience. If you've never been, be prepared to stay a while because there a lot of bargains to be found.
This place is huge and they have a lot of discounted books. I could spend a lot of money just on the books in this store.
There is an inch of dust caking the air returns in the bathroom amd surrounding areas within the store seems as if they havnt really cleaned since before Toys R Us ever moved out. I will add a photo
You have a BIG OLLIE'S here in Cuyahoga Falls! Located at the old Toys R Us on Howe Ave. I wish I had time to go in and browse through. I will be back to walk through the aisles soon!
Hit and miss and usually not cheaper than walmart but some rare finds that make this place a good shop
We visited the Ollie's in Cuyahoga Falls and found it to be very clean, and well organized, and the employers were very courteous. Unlike the Ollie's in Oakwood, which always seems dirty, and well as unorganized, and employers who don't seem to be happy.
Ollie's has everything! I didn't get to go through the whole store because they're only open from 9 to 9 Monday through Saturday and only open until 7 I don't know what time they open on Sunday sorry if that sounds confusing they're only open until 7 p.m. On Sunday. They carry food, animal food, bathroom supplies, cleaning products and Furniture! It's like Marc's aisle one only this store you can't go wrong! Put them in your GPS, head out with a group of friends, but make sure you've got room in your car for all the stuff you're going to buy!
This new store is very big. The products are sometimes great or sometimes random. But the price is right for everything so it's worth a trip every once in a while.
