Olympic Garage, Cincinnati OH

This place is a complete scam. We parked here left our car for two hours and came back and the place was closed. We had to take a $50 Uber ride to get home. The place was completely closed and no one told us at the place was going to be closed. That’s literally the only reason we parked here. So I guess tomorrow we’re going to have to take another Uber ride to get our car and then they’re going to charge us for a full day instead of the two hours that we were supposed to be here. I am. Appalled at this type of business. I would have easily paid extra money to not get stuck in a predicament like this.

That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The amount of negativity and annoyance the gentleman had provided, when I was just trying to park my car and come back, was very rude. On top of that, the lady brought me the wrong car and walked away and I had to tell her it wasn’t mine. Someone could have easily taken that car and ran off.

I called to inform them that my car had been damaged when I parked there last night, I didn't notice it last night because it was so low on my back bumper and it was dark, I couldn't tell. I noticed walking up to my car this morning, and I park in a private driveway that holds only one car, so I know it happened there. The scratch was not there when I parked my car. Was very rudely told that there is nothing they can do about it even though I know it happened while my car was in their possession. I don't recommend parking here to anybody, unless you like damaged cars that you have to pay to fix yourself.

Olympic garage is my favorite downtown parking garage. In before 9 and out by 6 is only $8 and they valet your car. The attendants are super nice people and are always great. Them parking by car in the morning saves me 5-10 minutes of looking for a spot like I've had to do in many other garages. They do monthly parking as well which saves the at the end of the day since you don't have to pay or turn in your stub.

Staff were very blunt and not welcoming. If it's afternoon on a Sunday, expect a 30-60 minute wait for the church nearby.

Probably the worst parking garage I've ever used, the employee I've dealt with was rude and treating me like I just stole his $500, seemed like he was ready to fight. I even thanked him when he gave me my key, and he didn't even say a word and just walked away. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else.

This parking garage is a valet type garage. It is super convenient to the Arnoff Center. The down side is that it can be a long wait for your vehicle once an event ends.

Economic, Courteous, Indoor Valet Parking in Downtown. Love this place and they tale care of cars well.
