Horrible customer service. Tried to purchase replacement hot side parts for my turbo and they told me I had to buy another turbo kit.

I had an accident that resulted in needing a new intercooler and Greg was both knowledgeable and patient enough to help me go through my order, making sure I had the right stuff and shipping my order out as fast as he could! That type of kindness was a huge help and relief after having my car down because of somebody’s stupidity. Thank you Greg!

Amazing company. Had a huge order and was missing an oil feed (it happens) so I called and I think I spoke with Greg and he was so helpful and decided to send me it with priority shipping. Overall guy was amazing and I felt bad calling him early in the morning. I recommend anyone who purchases parts to go to Greg and his team!

Fast shipping. Nice off the shelf turbo units, have 2000 hard miles on (2) 70 mm units. Price is right at $317 each when playing around with SBC engines.

The recent kit for the ram hemi is not worth buying. Had issues from the very beginning. The instructions are very basic and do not cover modification you have to make to even install to vehicle. Fitment issues with the turbo downpipe, was touching the ignition coil. Had to install a 1/2" flange spacer between manifold and turbo to correct fitment. Within 3 days the manifold gasket was leaking on rear. Installed new gaskets and better bolts. After 3 weeks gaskets began leaking again but this time after teardown I had the manifold inspected and found the flange surface is so warped that it can't be fixed. Going to try and see if I can get the manifold covered under warranty. I couldn't recommend this kit for ram hemi trucks until quality improvements are made for this kit

Nothing but constant boost leaks and part failures. Chad Roberts is such a scared clown he’ll just block you on everything instead of trying to work with you. Hellion builds better kits by a country mile. Spend your money there.

Just got my turbo kit a few weeks ago. Not a good start so far.my installer had to get the headers flattened at a machine shop already, An additional cost. Header’s were definitely going to leak. Hopefully that’s good now. The second issue is the kit was ordered Thru Hpp and they did not provide the vacuum hoses or the map sensor needed for proper air /Fuel. More additional costs & delays. Hopefully everything else works well.

There is no other turbo company in the industry and doing it like On3 does! This team works incredibly hard to go above and beyond for their customers—working well into the night and beyond normal business hours to design parts. Those that you see hate and complain are typically people who are in the wrong and are looking for an excuse to complain and be right because they didn’t get their way after berating staff. If you are respectful this team will go above and beyond to provide you the best affordable turbo kits on the market!

The Chad and Jibby helped me out with my car setup. The parts are working great. Car makes more power than before. One guy has a nice dog there, too and its name is Rascal. Overall, good experience.
