If there was a 0 star, THIS PLACE WOULD GET IT! I went to get my roots touched up and came out bawling my eyes out. Ms. P triple booked her clients that day and I sat in the wash bowl with shampoo in my hair to "neutralize the bleach" while she worked on other clients. Very unprofessional place. She messed up on my roots and decided to retone the rest of my hair to make it match the roots. This did not work out well either. I walked out of the salon unhappy and with orange roots and copper mids because she did not know what she was doing. Along with all of this, SHE BURNED MY HAIR OFF WITH THE BLEACH! I have had to cut my long hair into a pixie due to the damage that this salon caused. Will never recommend to people and have steered people away from this place so they don't have the same experience. Ms. P also charged me the full $200 even though she messed up and I was obviously extremely unhappy with my results.

You won't find a better place that offers the friend services this place offers Ms. P.and staff treat you like they have known you and your Salon needs all your life they are truly an amazing group of caring Professionals

If I could rate a 0, I would. Asked for a trim and the first cut took off 8+ inches. Was unable to fix/blend. Ended up leaving midway through because it was that horrible. Extremely disappointed.

I went in yesterday, 2/20/19 around 5pm. The gentleman working was extremely unskilled. Please do not go to this salon- they CANNOT give you what you want out of a haircut! It was such a horrible experience, considering verifying this man actually has a license to practice.

Great service! Sarah is amazing she took care of my curly hair and made sure my hair was shinny. She's super talented and has great knowledge about color and hair. It was so nice to have her working on my hair. It's hard to find someone who knows how to handle very curly hair and Sarah did a fantastic job!

I was in town on business and decided to stop in quickly. I was greeted and helped immediately by a friendly staff. This is a great salon, beautifully decorated and highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at On Point. I received a wonderful facial and looking forward to my pedicure. The best customer service ever.

If you want to get rude and I’m professional customer service then I suggest you go here. I called three times and still didn’t get an answer to when I can get a nail appointment and kept telling me to call back in 30 min to get answer. She told me “if we are so unprofessional, and there’s a lot of their nail salons you can go to. ” So I suggest you don’t go here and go to the other nail salons in the area too.

First time going and i love it. Very professional and I felt like i was family. I wanted to cry when it was to go. I will be back soon if God willing.

I was in downtown Cleveland for a black tie wedding and found this salon online in downtown Cleveland. I figured it would be "on point" but it wasn't. The owner needs to step up her game. The shop was tacky with bad decor, and the stylist that did my hair and nails complained the whole time and didn't care. The polish was old and dry. I don't know how this shop is surviving!

Great atmosphere and welcoming stylists. Love the end results of my hair I LOVE my stylist Patricia McClendon SHE ROCKS! Also love Ms. Pat the other stylist she's so nice and down to earth

Always welcoming and loving there's no place like on point hair and nail salon I love my hair stylist Ms. P and they have great snacks as well

Stylist was very gentle and friendly. She was not very skilled with a round brush blow out which is what I made my appointment for. Ended up having to use a straightener for the whole thing as well as hair spray. Charged me $10 more than what I was quotedoing and took 30 min longer than it should have been. The end result looked nice but it was just way too much.

In love with the atmosphere of the shop. Whenever I walk in I'm always welcomed with bright smiles.
