I dropped of a large basket completely full of baby clothes, some of it never worn with tags still on. I gave my number and was told to check in using the sign to sell link they provide via text. I checked less than an hour later and nothing had changed. I called a few hours later and they said to refer to the link as they weren’t finished with my items yet. That was right before they closed. I checked the link several times over the next 3 days and the sign to sell remained incomplete. I called back a few days later-my next day off to find out that they didn’t have a record of me ever dropping anything off. They couldn’t find anything in the system. Two people “searched” before telling me that they had now quote for me. I asked if that meant I could pick up my items and they informed me that they donated them as I abandoned them. That is shady as all get out. When I pointed out that they had never texted or called to tell me that my items could be picked up, and the link they told me to refer to never moved past the first point, they said it was my own fault for not checking back with them. Even though I did call to check and they told me to refer to the link. I intended to use that money to buy my growing infant clothes through them, however I will not shop or sell there again.

It’s a great concept store. A great way to get rid of clothes your kids are growing out of so quickly.
Although the staff is another story.
Literally 6 younger girls working (but not really doing anything) Absolutely not trained you work with the public which shows though in their attitude and demeanor. I won’t be back. I’d rather give away the used clothing than to sell it to a company like this.

Went shopping for my son that will be born soon and I absolutely love going in this place. Friendly employees and such an array of selection.

The clothes are okay. I've found really a lot of good stuff for my baby. However, staff needs to be trained. Very unprofessional young people who take no pride in their jobs. Too many employees around but hard to get their attention at times. Customer service training is needed for sure. They discuss their personal lives in front of customers. No bueno.

I buy all of my kids clothes there. The nice stuff (namebrand) is expensive but you can still find good deals. You can also sell like new clothes back to them for money or store credit.

A lot more organized these days. Went for a couple of coats for my boys, found those easily and accidentally found a Christmas present too. Bonus!

Super disappointed in this store. Extremely unorganized and very messy. Dropped off a box of nice clothing, took 3 days after hearing nothing that I called and was told it was done and they would pay me $5. Went to pick up the rest and waited 20 minutes, because they couldn't find my box.will not be buying or selling here again.

Large selection but filthy. My fingers were sticky after looking through clothes and allergies were screaming.

Dropped off (for my first time ever) two large boxes today full of winter-esque clothes, shoes and a few toys. When I called prior they stated they’re not taking summer clothes until February or so. They ended up purchasing 3/4 of the items today for a total of $62 and some change. I thought this price was quite low considering their tub was entirely full of mostly name brand items, also most items were very lightly used (if not brand new). I was expecting around $100 to be honest ‍️‍️

I suppose you can’t win them all!

I was third in line (two registers open) when I dropped off initially and it took about 10-15min or so until I was able to leave my number and information. I did receive a text as explained when the quote/cash would be ready to be picked up later that day. I drove back an hour before closing and was second in line which took another 10min or so until I was able to get my cash and the items not wanted. I did receive an initial text as well stating to fill out the rest of my info.which I did but after that the screen was stuck on the “queued” screen which perpetually ‘loaded’. Plus it did not inform me of the quote offered either until I picked up. An app would be great!

I wish they had a quick drop off counter, or an app to quickly schedule drop off/pick up to quickly enter/exit. There were two employees managing two registers and 4-5 employees also behind the counter sorting clothes and what not. I feel the speed of the checkout with the people in front of me was EXTREMELY slow. There was no urgency whatsoever to quickly scan clothes, fold/bag, etc.to help the next person — OR simply have one of the employees hop on the third non-used register to quickly get people in/out.especially for drop off/pick up quotes!

I’ve shopped this location numerous times and was always unimpressed with the organization, cleanliness, checkout speed. There are two other locations I go to that are far superior for more quality items and overall experience.

Unfortunately, I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon or would recommend this store to anyone:/

They had already turned off their air conditioning on a 90° day, and the wait times were ridiculous.

Went in looking for some baby/toddler toys. Some of the stuff they have is kind of junk (trucks missing wheels and the like) but they do have a decent selection of used toys. They have loads of clothes and shoes but we didn't look at any of that.

They gave me basically garage sale amounts which is fine on the clothes I sold to them. Place was clean this time but it was first thing in the morning. I know it gets crazy on weekends and clothes everywhere.

They need to be a bit faster at checking clothes for customers. Other then that, I like the store And the employees

I brought items into resale, first thing when they opened. There were no other selling customers there when I arrived. I had about 40-50 items. It took them an hour and 55 minutes to process said items. Almost TWO HOURS for what takes 20 to 30 minutes at another resale shop. The manager did appologize and say they were understaffed. There were still 3 staff there at the time, and another came in about 30 minutes later.
I would like ownership to contact me.

Not friendly, barely takes items and given little money for the items they do take, the workers spend more time talking to each other than helping the customers, always busy and never organized, never greeted when walking in you have to stand and stare and hope they notice you to ask if you need help. I've been coming for years and I don't know what's happened to the store.

Evening manager is rude and shouldn't be working with the public. I'll never take another item in!

My niece and brother gave my bf and myself clothing of all sizes. Once Upon a Child only bought a few items and left behind a lot of newer name brand and brand new with the tags still attached. Someone please explain why!? ! I'm seriously considering not taking anything else to their store. The clothing inside the store isn't all that! We even had something taken from the bag that was forgotten at the bottom. Wasn't much however it was removed from the bag and we were insulted and talked down too when it was mentioned!

Good place to find cheap clothes. One complaint is the music they have playing is super loud. Makes it hard to concentrate, especially if you have children with you.
