7They took part of outfits that obviously went together and left others they didn’t take items they said had wear and tear but they were only a few months old and only wore once. I have seen them post shoes on Facebook that have dirty laces so I’m not sure what was wrong with me items
The colerain location seems to buy more and have a bigger better selection compared to the glenway store
Went in today today for awhile with my wife and kids and the staff was amazing! I believe her name was Hannah or Hailey I’m not sure but she was amazing! Rang us out and made sure we found everything okay! We couldn’t fit everything in the car and she made sure that we could come back tomorrow and get it. Best experience at Once Upon A Child in a long time! Thank you guys for the great customer service.
The management team has turned this store around and it's amazing. The staff is so helpful and very informative about events and their knowledge of product in their store. I love this once upon️️️ team Mercedes
The “manager” is beyond rude! I shop there all the time and was told today while being in the store for over an hour I was banded on September which is a lie I was bed rest with my newborn child. Also i have made purchases there at least once a month due to me being in the baby club. SO HOW could or be a band? I will be calling corporate this is very unacceptable.
Draconian COVID rules. Wouldn't let anyone in without a mask, even if they have health conditions, breathing issues, or religious reasons they cannot wear it.
Tried to buy something that was NOT covered up for their “pre Black Friday” event and was told no.
I WANTED to buy something that was on display. For my 2 year old for Christmas. And they said NO. I walked out crying because I had been to 2 other locations and they didn’t have it or had ones that weren’t working.
Don’t shop here. They’re rude.
