I love this place I never have any issues, the staff members are absolutely wonderful. I was there a couple of weeks ago and Lex went up and beyond to help me.

This girl in glasses gave me the worst service of my life and was very rude to me. I will never come back here again and will never recommend this store ever again. She also had a very strong odor to her as well. Huge thumbs down. Very disappointed.

Love this location! Staff is always so nice and welcoming! A great variety of clothing for kids and they took a lot of my items when I brought my totes! The staff is always willing to help out whenever you need it as well!

I think everyone there does an amazing job! They are positive and make you feel welcome! Always greeted with a smile and it’s 10/10 place to go!

Was turned away even after calling knowing I’d be bring a big haul in and got there when they told me. They took nothing! I had 3 bottle warmers, clothes, and toys! Don’t come in for a job you don’t like if your working there. Going to a different location to see if they will take my things!

Store is always so clean and organized! Never had a problem with the employees, they’re always tentative and nice!

Shout out to the rude counter girl with glasses… The loud one shouting for the whole store to hear about another customer’s business. Just that higher than thou attitude made me leave. Talking about something SMELLED, but it was really that SMELLY BAD ATTITUDE of hers that stunk up the store. Ew.

Terrible customer service, they are really rude when u bring items in to the store like they are annoyed they have to go through it. But they are alot nicer when u come in with nothing and just buy things on the self but honestly this store not worth it

Every time I come in all the girls are very polite and helpful. Alexis helped me this time when I brought in a few baskets to sell and she was very nice and quick to sort through my things!

I always find it a little odd that this is a children’s store and the workers are not friendly at all.
The store is always clean and organized.

This place is a joke when you take things in. They didn’t even go through two full totes of baby clothes I washed and folded to bring in because of a “smell”. Well the smell is scent beads. LOL “we aren’t taking baby clothes anyways so we wouldn’t have bought these. ” That’s literally what the store is. SMH. Not to mention every time I go in there the workers are rude and lack any customer service skills.

We took 2 laundry baskets of clothes and a big box full of shoes on 6/12/21. Almost all the clothes were nice. No stains or rips on them and many of them were hardly used. We inspe red all the clothes for stains before we took them. Needless to say they only bought the shoes and said all the clothes were stained or old. They say they buy clothes for 4 seasons but really they don't. We had this nice Nike jacket we brought in with our stuff and they had 0 interest in it. This store never buys anything honestly not worth the trip. And FYI we find stained clothes on your racks all the time. We are taking the clothes you didn't buy to Perrysburg today and a gaurentee they buy 90 % of it. We won't be coming back to sandusky location anymore because they never buy anything.

In the past I have enjoyed this store. On Tuesday I went in, no other customers in the store, before 10am. Friendly associate put her the mask on when I went in. I was in the store 10 minutes & did make a purchase. During that time a person, who I assume also works there, came in behind the counter, coughed a lot & had no mask. During a pandemic, with orders to wear a mask, I think this is a poor practice & am certainly hoping that this doesn't increase the spread of disease. Please stay home if you're sick & wear your mask

I took 7 pairs of girl shoes, beautiful, brand named and new shoes with tags. They gave me $1 per pair. NEVER AGAIN

I took in a bassinet, car seat stroller set, a basket of boys clothes and a rocker. I was told they couldn't take any of it because there was a pet odor coming off the stuff and to take it all back and wash everything real good and bring it back. I dont have any pets! I'm good! Never again!
