Great place, friendly service. Best mechanic I've used. Never upcharges and always fixes the issues. I went in for a noise in my engine and was afraid I'd wind up spending thousands or losing my car to too much damage. But they found out the problem was actually an easy fix and I wound up spending way less than I expected. Car came out like new in the end.

I was there yesterday and wanted someone to take look at the vehicle first hand before i thought of purchasing it. I went with my friend who usually visits this place and he told me especially about Matt. I asked Matt to let me know if this is a potential purchase and to document any issues with the vehicle. I was driving through the Columbus area on a Saturday morning (Labor Day weekend) when I had a significant leak in my brake line and basically lost the brakes. I called these guys to see if they could get me in and they told me to come right over.
They were very upfront with me about the problem and what it would cost and even went ahead and did a free fluid check.
I was out of the store within 2 hours.

Service was fantastic. I wasn’t sure if I was going to even be able to get in anywhere on such short notice, let alone get the problem fixed in a couple hours. Would highly recommend

They have amazing service and all their work is guaranteed. They will also notify you with the most sever problems first and they are not expensive but great quality. I had an amazing experience there and I won’t want to get my car fixed anywhere else

My car was bought in and fixed on the same day. I was shocked on how fast they work. The owner was super sweet. Nive guy. He will work with you on whatever you need done to your car. Im definitely going back.

I'll be honest, Matt the owner rubbed be the wrong way at first because I'm very skeptical, but I decided to give him another chance after reading the reviews. I've now taken my truck to him 3 separate times for unrelated problems and he always gets me my truck back to me by the next day despite the job. I can tell he knows what he is talking about and is honest. His prices seem reasonable too for the most part and I plan on taking my truck back to him for several more fixes once I have the money.

I am on a work assignment in Columbus, from my home Wisconsin. After a couple of weeks of being here in Columbus, I noticed that I had a Power Steering fluid leak. After deciding that I didn't want to go to a "Out of town Dealership"', I asked around and did a little online research for mechanics close to me. One Call Auto Mechanic was recommended and I was intrigued by all of the "Postive" comments being posted. I ran by and made an appointment to bring my vehicle by on a Saturday morning for them to check out. After speaking with Matt and his other staff member, Tyler, and Matt showing the problem areas, I realized that all of the online reviews were correct. Matt checked everything out and gave me several recommendations. I will keep this short and say, "One Call Auto Mechanic" are INCREDIBLE. I've had work done back in Wisconsin, on several occasions, with mechanics that I trust. But I will admit, if my home was closer to Columbus, Ohio, I had just found myself a New Mechanic. Very nice and genuine car guys. First heard of them years ago from my friend getting their car fixed and decided to try them on my own.

Left my car here for one service and Matt called to inform me of a bigger priority and suggested the new repair even when it would cost me less at the end. These guys really want what's best for the car and the driver and not just their wallets! I'll definitely bring my car here for any future repairs.

I came in looking to have my alternator replaced due to some information provided to me at an auto parts store. I told the owner of One Call (Matt) that I needed to have the alternator replaced.

He told me that the problem was not the alternator and that I got bad information from the auto parts store. He was able to fix the true problem (bad battery) and helped spot an issue with the back brakes that had never been addressed by my previous mechanic.

Matt even showed me what was wrong with the car and explained it in terms I could understand. I will certainly be coming back to One Call anytime I need a mechanic that I can trust won’t rip me off.

Honesty and quality service is something that you can expect from this place. I got my car repaired in a very reasonable price which was way cheaper than the price quoted to me by other franchise auto work centers.

These guys are amazing. I've taken one of my cars there a couple of times now and they were thorough and explained the service in great detail and with possible options. Price is best in the city from what I've seen. Most recently I needed a break service and Matt the owner gave me exactly what was needed and didn't try to upsell anything. I called on Friday morning and he fit me in for repair that day. Replaced front rotors, pads, calipers and cleaned the rear breaks free of charge. Inspected suspension and gave me a price for shocks/spring replacements but ultimately suggested not doing it because the costs would outweigh the benefits (the car I got serviced isn't my daily driver). The part that really stood out is I left my car with him with the intention of catching a Uber home and coming back later when finished. Without hesitation Matt gave me a car to use instead and didn't charge me a thing for it. I would recommend Matt and his crew to anyone who needs great work done quickly and a price that's better than anywhere else in Columbus.

Fantastic place! Dealership wanted to charge me for things that were not necessary, like usual, and they did it for basically half the price. Awesome customer service from Matt!

One Call Auto Mechanic's name is truly what this Auto Repair Shop is. My initial call reached Matt, the proud owner of the establishment. Just by describing the sound and circumstances that revolved around what appeared to be a transmission issue he was able to diagnose it immediately. Previously, my car, a 2007 GT Mustang, had been in and out of a different shop over a period of 3 months, and the "mechanic" was unable to figure out what was wrong with it, and even made matters worse. Thanks to Matt, he was able to fix the original issue which was a worn out drive shaft bearing, but unfortunately we had to replace the entire transmission, due to the last shop we took it to damaging it beyond repair. Matt even provided us with images of the transmission and the large crack he attempted to fill with JBC soldering. He is the one and only guy I will be taking my car to for repairs at any point. This guy is a true professional, and I would save yourself the headache and money I went through, and just take it to this place to start with. The car has been running great and the transmission shifts smoothly, thanks to Matt and his team!

Phenomenal place. Great customer service. This was my first time getting my brakes repaired and he made sure to explain every steps and showed me all the parts being used were new and factory recommended. The only place I’ll be coming to from now on. Highly recommend.
