One Deerfield, Mason OH

I lived at One Deerfield for three years. Attached are a few pictures of my beautiful apartment. It is a great place to live. It has great management and offers a great lifestyle. I would recommend it Highly to anyone.

We lived at One Deerfield while our new patio home was built. The people that work there are all the best! Super friendly and immediately responsive and helpful! The location is very walkable, as well as accessible to major highways by car. The pool and clubhouse are awesome, and the fitness center is as good as they get. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, and there is a good sense of community there. We really loved our time there, and would highly recommend One Deerfield to others wanting a fun and very comfortable place to live!

Great overall experience and therefore signing up for year #4! The staff are all loyal long term colleagues which means the company must be a good one to work for! Short story: Amazing management, beautiful amenities, and just overall an amazing place to live. 5 stars doesn’t even do this community justice. 10/10 in my opinion.

Long story: I was apartment hunting on a holiday weekend and they were closed. Luckily, I had Mary who splits her time between the Grandstone (their sister location) to One Deerfield. She took me over and showed me One Deerfield and they apartment model. They only had one apartment in the style I was looking for available and so I decided to sign for it without seeing the actual apartment. Trusting Mary and One Deerfield was the best decision I have ever made. The unit I’m in is remarkable and exactly what I was looking for. Brittani and Mary made sure that my move in process was as smooth as possible and helped take away any anxieties that I had about my first apartment. Erin has been fantastic as well in helping me get situated and answering all my questions I ever had. The maintenance team is phenomenal especially Jimmy. They take great pride in their work, are very knowledgeable about the grounds and units, and there is not a wait to putting in a request they get to it the day of or the very next day. They want to keep everything in excellent condition here. Another one of my favorite things is that one deerfield is a community. You get to know your neighbors as much as you would like to, they have socialization events, and the team knows everyone so they are always very welcoming and remember conversations that you had in the past with them. Overall it’s a very welcoming experience. It is really quiet as well so if you work nights like me, it’s perfect.

I had seen a comment posted about racism on here and would like to touch on that I am not white and have never experienced racism here. I signed my lease due to the diversity here and how personable Mary was. Unfortunately, it’s sad they felt that way because this place is a melting pot and everyone here is very welcoming and accepting. I couldn’t be more grateful to be apart of the One Deerfield Community:)

I live here for 6months. One of the best Apartment in the Area. Smooth move in move out experience.

Edit 6/2021. I have lived here now for a full year and love it even more! The neighbors are great and we are meeting more and more people every week. Absolutely LOVE the pool - so great to just walk over and take a quick dip to cool off and then head to the grills to make dinner. If I could upgrade stars I would but 5 is the limit. This is a great place to call home (which is why we just renewed our lease for another year).

We started looking at One Deerfield last fall and when we decided to definitely leave our old complex, this became a top choice. The correspondence we had with Brittani throughout the process was always highly responsive and friendly. Since we moved in to our new apartment in June - Jackie has been wonderful to work with and taken care of all of our needs in a friendly and efficient manner. Really looking forward to the clubhouse getting completed! Love watching the progress every day. We love living here and can't wait to get to know more of our new neighbors.

My wife and I have been residents at One Deerfield Place for three years and intend to stay for the rest of our lives. Both the campus and apartment are beautiful, quiet and stylish. The support staff - maintenance, and leasing office - are genuinely happy and fully supportive of the residence's needs. Our campus surroundings are exotically attractive. We are indeed blessed to make this our home!

We have been residents here for nearly three years, and we couldn't be happier with the property. It is truly amazing and impressively well-maintained. The cleanliness of the premises is exceptional. One of the greatest advantages is its convenient location, with Walmart, Kroger, the movie theater, Whole Foods, Lowe's, and numerous restaurants within walking distance.
We want to express our sincere appreciation to the phenomenal team members, Brittani, Aaron, and Mary. They consistently demonstrate exceptional professionalism and friendliness, making our experience here even more enjoyable. The maintenance team is also top-notch, always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that arise.

We have lived here for 2 years. The location is top notch. Close to shops, restaurants, daycares, parks, highways, etc. You can easily walk many of these places. The maintenance team is absolutely fantastic and extremely appreciated. The girls in the office are sweet, friendly, and helpful. They do not have a constant revolving door of employees, which I think speaks volumes. Everyone is prompt and friendly. They have community events like trivia and wine nights. If you live here and have a dog, you will meet a ton of people and make friends. Pretty much everyone that lives here is SO friendly and neighborly. I have made actual friends with several of my neighbors. We enjoy the interior design and architecture of the units; it is up-to-date and very on par with our style. The outdoor area is really well done and one of our favorite amenities; multiple high-end grills, abundant eating and lounging space, fire pit, games, and a pool that we love to spend time at. Cons: the pool is not heated and some of the features in the apartment are more basic, such as appliances and showers, but still a step above most cheaper/lower-grade apartments. Overall, we really enjoy living here and are happy with our choice of residence. We would recommend One Deerfield to anyone looking for a nice apartment with great staff and location.

I've lived in a few luxury apartment communities in different cities. One Deerfield is the best! Their rental process is simple. Their management team provides white glove service no matter what the issue or request. The maintenance crew is by far the most responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. The common areas are comfortable and pristine. Neighbors are courteous and respectful. I feel fortunate to live here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable easy place to live.

We sold our home and moved to One Deerfield as we went through the process of building a home. I can’t say enough about how amazing the apartment, amenities and team at One Deerfield are. They were not only responsive but intuitive about ensuring that our need were met. We enjoyed maintenance free living at its finest and the beautiful amenities that went along with it. The location puts you in the center of everything, minutes from dining, shopping and all things retail!
