We had our annual Christmas party there and the food was good as were the people that worked banquet room.

Would give a 0 if able. Our reservation was messed up and the manager was made aware and didn't make it right. Actually blamed it on people staying too long for the holiday buffet. So didn't really get to sit we were given extra chair's but not a table. How unfair. Plus overcharged by double for kids! What a joke go anywhere else Burnt pressed ham pictured and pressed turkey! Yuck! Worse then school lunch!

09/30/23 we had the honor of working with Ontario Event Center Catering when they ran our wedding day with ease. Our venue "The Legacy on Possum Run" recommended them as a local vendor in the area and from the first day of us reaching out to secure our date, to the food tasting and details meeting, to the quality of services day of, they have been absolutely accommidating and professional to work with the whole time. It was so special to see the way they customized their package to meet our specific venue and wedding vision needs which made the day run completely smooth. We have received the highest praise from our guests regarding the high quality of the taste of the food as well as the efficiency of going through the buffet line they experienced compared to other weddings they've been to. We also noticed the staff directly catering to us (bride and groom) throughout the reception and doing extra clean-up which was above and beyond than we expected. We also highly recommend adding their cake cutting services to your event as they made it perfectly easy for our guests to grab a slice with no wait and even provided us with a knife (we forgot) to cut the first slice. We would absolutely work with them again and only wish we took time to grab seconds on our big day. Thank you Maria, McKenzie and the other team members for your hard work.

We made reservations for the Father's Day Lunch. There was bbq ribs, honey Sriracha chicken, and top sirloin cut in front of you. They also had various sides including their homemade Mac n cheese. The cost was $20/person for anyone over age 10 and kids 10 and under ate free with a paying adult and a drink purchase. The chicken was incredibly dry. Mac was overcooked and mushy, and the top sirloin was grossly undercooked. My dad even ended up spitting it out bc there was literally blood running on his plate and it tasted metallic. For the price, we could have gone to a regular sit down and actually enjoyed our meals.

So bad! Had Mother’s Day buffet here. They were very misleading and made it sound like it would be road house food. Food was barely edible only comparable to hospital food. Bland and could’ve gotten better from a microwave!

We had the Easter buffet and it was good for the price. Chicken ham and beef. Mashed potatoes, corn, salad, pasta salad, mac and cheese, rolls/butter, and a dessert table too. All was tasty except the chicken was a bit dry with the ham being very salty. But overall they did a great job and served tons of people. We had 11 in our party and we were promptly seated and served.

Food was very salty made my lips dry out from so much salt on the Portobello chicken made me sick cause way to much salt on the food won't eat there again not even eat at road house food came from the Brown Durby Road House Food Was Awful So Was the filet mignon was also salty

Mz1aria the Catering manager is great. Unfortunately, the current leadership above her won't let her do her thing. More worried about making a dollar today instead of a much larger profit in the future. This place cuts more corners than anyplace I've ever seen. The leadership is so hot and cd on how they treat staff. They yell at their staff and definitely plays favoritism. The place is so outdated with its decor, drink choices, good menu selectiosn etc. Food trends that hit the bigger cities don't make it on this menu for another 10 yeats. The steaks the 4k%y advertise as prime or Choice are in fact not even graded. The food used to be a 4.4 out of 5. Now it's a 2.5.
