Take the glasses way too long to come back. Pay for mines on cash and still took over 3 weeks. I thought it take that long when you going through your insurance.

The manger lady of very rude in very disrespectful I don’t recommend any one to go here. A great place to get glasses from but the manger is not great at all. I would not come here ever again just because of her.
She also had something to say about my review and I ask her to get away from me she told me no and wouldn’t leave said she can do whatever cause she the manger and stay in my face till I left. Very professional

As I stated before, the staff was rude to my mother. The secretary told my mom that She needed to provide proof of insurance and ID.i sent a picture of his insurance card. All they had to do is put the info in the system to see if insurance was active. Now if you needed me to be there (his mom) that could’ve been stated in a professional way. I sent my License and you could’ve gotten an okay from me to go ahead and let her get the glasses. When calling, you run insurance and order contacts and glasses over the phone so why is it any Different this time when She provided you proof in person. The only way my mom would get upset is if she feels disrespected. Not only was she frustrated, there were TWO more people there that stated how frustrating it is To deal with you guys and how rude you are. You will not place the blame on my mother as if she disrespected you. The secretary told her she can go elsewhere. Is that good customer service? No, it’s not. Train your front desk how to serve people better because you are losing customers. Don’t place the blame all on my mom. Look at your ratings, she’s not the only one that had a bad experience. Have a good day.

DO NOT GO HERE! I’m not sure why Dr. Vizmuller moved and switched staff, but the new receptionist is very rude. She told my mother “she could go elsewhere” and dismissed her when she simply tried to show proof of my child’s information. She didn’t know that I was also speaking to her about my own situation over the phone and didn’t know the relation between us. The way she speaks to people is very unprofessional. I understand the old clinic didn’t transfer information over but you still have to stay professional when we just simply are trying to figure things out and wondering why our information is lost. When i called back to speak with her about how she treated my mother, i spoke to her respectfully, and told her the relation between us and i simply told her i do not appreciate the disrespect. I was hung up on. Her attitude is very bad. My mother was also informed in the parking lot by two other customers that they are hard to deal with. I love Dr. V, but she’s losing customers because of her receptionist. We will not be back.

The Dr.was very helpful but the people who answer the phones are very rude, as well as not very empathetic once they have your money. No idea when I’ll get my glasses.

Staff was very rude. They canceled my child's appointment because they misspelled her name and couldn't verify insurance. I spoke to a supervisor who was very rude and threatening. As much as I like Dr. Vizmueller I will never spend my money here again. This new appointment system personnel needs customer service training.

They try to sell you more than one pair of glasses. They also try and charge you for things that the insurance pays for. After 3 weeks, you still won't have your glasses. When I tried to ask about my glasses, they picked up the phone and said hold please, without me having a chance to say, Ok. They never came back to the phone. They did this 3 times.

We have been coming here since around 2010 and seen all the changes and upgrades. The service has not changed and will always recommend them, especially for kids.

The owner is very polite, very patience & definitely helpful he helped me & my kids pick out our frames & we absolutely loved them. The staff was also very polite, patience & nice. Overall a good experience for a first time customer. I definitely will come back in the future!

The doctor here was excellent. He seen a horrible flaw in the glasses that were previously ordered from another company and offered me an inexpensive frame for my child. He corrected her prescription that saved me hundreds of dollars and also my child's sight. Thank you for your care excellent care and for being a one stop shop for all my families optical needs!
