I have been to many gyms and places to work out. What I like is the competition which there is some at times too make you work harder. The interest of coming back because every workout is different. You can still go at your pace because of fitness levels or limitations because of injuries.

11 months in and I still can't say enough good things about OTF Hudson. The coaches, the staff, the members - an amazing set of folks and an awesome workout.

HIGHLY recommend!

I just attended my first class tonight and WOW! What a great work out! The girls working the front desk were very nice and informative. Alexandra was the coach for my session and she is nice, informative, and very helpful during the session when you get confused! Her motivation helped me push myself harder. Everyone in the class was so welcoming! I loved it so much, I signed up after the class. Would 100% recommend to everyone! And the playlist is awesome!

Amazing workout! They change it up and challenge you each time. Really love the music & the coaches that keep me motivated. Claire, Trevor and Alexandria are my favorite coaches! Highly recommend!

I have been working out at this studio for over a year. The staff is great! The workouts are tough, but allow flexibility for each person’s physical level. I highly recommend joining!

I love the motivating coaches who push you out of your comfort zone. I love booking classes in the app, I love the upbeat music. I also love seeing how my heart rate responds during various activities every class as well as the after class summary that is emailed shortly after every class. I also love how all of my personal records of each benchmark class are shown in my personal app.

The staff is dedicated to making it a good work out for you. Tylor always knows when to push you a little more and always seems to know when to back off if you are struggling too much. This morning I was greeted at the door by Tommy who took my temperature and made me sanitize my hands. I was the last one in so we had a minute to talk and he told me that it was the 12 minute run for distance day. It’s been a while since I ran 12 minutes straight! Tommy encouraged me telling me that it wouldn’t be really much more than we usually run. His encouraging words and Tylor’s motivational coaching stuck with me throughout the 12 minutes. It ended up being a breeze! I just love this place. I always get a great workout and feel terrific when I leave. Since I started working out here I have lost approximately 15 pounds and almost 2 sizes. I don’t always want to go so early in the morning but I am always so happy and glad I did!

Lost 21 pounds so far! Coaches help you stay motivated and every day is different so you aren’t doing the same old routine.

I feel good as soon as I walk out of the studio. I have increased the number of times I work out each week over the past year, and at first I didn't my body could deal with such an intense work out every day. But it does, and I feel better for it.

I live that the workouts are always different which keeps it challenging. Plus I think the coaches are fantastic and help push you to meet your goals.

Enjoy that it is varied and broken into small segments-mini-goals within the workout constantly that keep one motivated and help one to push oneself in a way one would not otherwise.enjoy the collegial atmosphere

The camaraderie, support and intensity of the 1 hr session was doable n can be controlled by you base on your level of fitness at the time of the session. It was a fun and enjoyable time. No need to mind the time because the trainer manages that for you.

I have been a member at Orangetheory Hudson for almost 2 months with the 8 classes a month membership and absolutely love it! I look forward the 2 times a week I go. Every workout is different, challenging, fun and motivating. The atmosphere is very positive and the coaches and staff are very friendly!
The mobile app is wonderful when looking at upcoming classes. They offer many classes throughout the day and it works great in my schedule. Yes, classes do fill up quick (that can be seen as a good thing for the studio.lots of people are members!) but each time I was on the waitlist, I was added in the class the day before the class. I feel like if you are on the waitlist, 97% of the time you will get in. I do think overall that is something Orangetheory theory could possibly improve upon (process of booking classes). However, I LOVE it and am so glad I joined!

Let me start by saying that the staff and coaches are great and very friendly. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. My issue is class bookings! This studio does a 30 day roll out booking, and they only open their classes to 2G. It is impossible to get into any classes you need, especially when you first start. I can't even join the wait list as the class is full and the wait list is full!

I have a baby and I work full time and I can only go early mornings or after work. I can never get into the classes I want. I know I can book 30 days out, but do you know how hard it is to know what your schedule is like 30 days from where you are now.especially with kids! If your kid is sick or you have to change your schedule, you won't be able to get into classes. For the price that OTF is, I wish I was able to actually pick my classes. I just looked and for today every one of their classes is wait listed.

I mentioned it to the front desk staff last week and they literally told me "you can always show up in hopes of getting in". Not the best answer, and also if I show up for the 5: 30 am class and can't workout. I will not be happy. I wanted to write this as I think it is important for people in picking their home studio. I should have asked more questions when I signed up as I think I would have chosen a different home studio.
