RUN RUN RUN RUN again run, Melissa is literally one of the worst property managers to ever be employed, READ THE REVIEWS this apartment complex has 1.5 stars for a reason, If by a struck of luck this lady gets hit by a car and new management and maintenance has taken over then I would say consider but I’m telling you now you will regret living here mark my words

These are high priced projects run by a slum lord. The building doors are unlocked so anyone off the streets can enter and the whole grounds smell like marijuana including in the buildings. They want almost a grand for a 1 bedroom itty bitty apartment that can't even fit a microwave anywhere due to barely any counter space. I have been in government housing better than this that felt safer and was more spacious. I feel bad for anyone who lives in these overpriced bedrooms. The owner is literally making a killing off of these poor people who are being charged an arm and a leg for these 1 room shacks. Taking advantage of people like this will get you nowhere and pretty sure the grounds people are racist. I said hi to some cleaning lady when I was touring the building and she just gave me the dirtiest look anyone could give like she was too good to say hello.

Wouldn’t move here at all. They don’t fix work orders. My toilet doesn’t work my sink leaks everywhere. Gnats everywhere horrible.

Very rude and unprofessional leasing agent she sent me someone’s information by accident. Work orders are never fixed. I witness the agent talking so poorly to other residents. Children are not allowed to play outside anywhere you can get better for the same price. The unit I moved into was dirty and the Maintenance men is a creep

RUN DONT WALK, The leasing agent is the most unprofessional disgusting human being I’ve ever met so far, You’ll know when you see her she’s the one with the horrible orange Donald trump tan, Honesty if it as for the crunch time I needed to move I would have never lived here, You mines well stay in a shelter, I encourage everyone to leave a honestly review of this place to warn people to not live here. Just look at the rating this place has a 1.6 star rating for a reason

People’s cars were shot up at this place last year. VERY UNSAFE! Please don’t move here if you value your safety!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! MOLD, BUGS, BULLET HOLES. If you could move anywhere besides this apartment do so, the place is run by greedy people who do not take care of the place and it is filled with mold and bugs and maintenance is never taken care off, I could write a novel on all of the problems this places has. 3 months after I’ve moved out they are still trying to get money from me.

DO NOTTTTTT MOVE HERE! For one, while I was at work and my dog was home alone, someone shot just feet away from the bedroom window I laid my head by. I’d been reporting a mold issue in my apartment- nothing for months. I’d give them a time to look at it that matched my availability and they wouldn’t work with it. I’d either have to work with their availability or I wasn’t gonna get any help at all. The management AND maintenance team are beyond unprofessional. I moved because there was a bullet in my wall, mold in my ceilings and just constant screaming- fighting in the parking lot and hallways. Disgusting.

I really wish I read the reviews before even moving here! It’s a SOLID 0/10 for me. I’ve had issues with this place from the moment I signed my lease and I’ve been nothing but patient with these people. The day I moved in apartment FILTHY and they pushed back my move in date last minute TWICE! So you would’ve thought that hey it would at least be clean right? WRONG, I mean paint all over the floors you could see in the tub where they didn’t clean it they just painted over the dirt, refrigerator trifling hair all up in there, non of my windows have screen I reported it twice it is going on a year and still no screen. Fast forward to the smokers in the building as soon as you walk in your blown away by the smell & not to mention the roach issue in the building and the lack of safety! There was a whole shoot out in the parking which left 6 cars damaged; we was provided no help with fixing our vehicles which we thought was safe! And because some of us didn’t have the funds to fix them right away we were told “well your car can’t sit here, other people fixed there cars up” well excuse me, I don’t base my life on what others are doing, & because I am having financial difficulties and I can’t afford the maintenance at this moment I have to get my car towed, even though I am allowed one parking pass I still can’t park my car there. Office lady is worried about a car being parked outside due to someone else doing but can’t afford to put locks on the doors like promised for our safety.
