5I was just in the store and someone in the front greeted me, which I'm sure that is required. Well, I was in the store for about ten minutes looking for a windshield repair kit and I literally walked to every aisle. I had probably 40-50.00 worth of stuff already picked out. The store isn't that big and 3 people work there and not once did anyone offer to help. I'll stick with Advanced Auto since they bother offering to help customers. I just put everything back and walked out. Do better.
Great costumer service and almost always got what I need in stock if not they can get it by that time tomorrow
They will not have my business again. They quoted me $5 per lug nut, when I had called the Ashland location to get a $2 per lug nut quote. They were aware of the options between the two but never mentioned it. Ended up finding all 20 for $40 on Amazon.
Employees were young and inconsiderate, didn't seem to care I was in the store and most of their attention was on a bucket of KFC chicken that was on the counter. I will not be back to this location
This is a good place to go to and if you have old car batteries take them in they give you a voucher to buy more stuff there
