9Stopped at 'O'Reilly for a turn signal bulb. Chris Varian waited on me. He installed the bulb for me. Service was great, turn signal works perfectly. VERY happy wit this establishment.
My car was having problems starting and I assumed it was the battery but the battery wasn't even quite 3 years old so I made my way to O'Reilly's in New Rome Ohio they came out replaced the battery and as I went to start the car it didn't want to start it was doing the same thing the other battery was doing. So it ended up being the starter so they took the battery out put my old battery back in and they suggested a tow company to me at this time it was close to closing time and it just so happened that tow company pulled in to get parts and the man driving said he'd be more than happy to help and that when he got off work he could probably put a starter in for me so I could get home. Mandy and David were so helpful in getting me help so I wouldn't be stranded as I lived a half hour away. Mandy stayed with myself and granddaughter until the starter was put in. ABOVE AND BEYOND! THANK YOU!
I have been buying parts here for a while and I love this place when it comes to chain parts stores o reilly has top of the like customer service and 99.9 % or the parts you need
Went in bought oil, funnel and towels, car in parking lot with hood up and not one employee offered to help and I was the only customer there
I love their quick delivery. Prices are better. Quality products. I've ordered a few things thru them. Great communication and service.
Staff is always helpful. Great inventory. Of it needs to be ordered they have an excellent warehouse/hub.
Croaks, knieving, judgmental. Will try and tell you their most expensive item is all they have and is the only thing thing that works for you. Will give you a very hard time to shop around and see for yourself. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
Do not even try to go here. They give you the incorrect prices on the phone then when you get there it's way more than what they say. Then when you go back with that money the different person helping you from the first time gives you a completely different price as well. And since when did the state taxes go above the 7.5% and is now closer to 20%? DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO ADVANCED OR AUTOZONE!
