O'Reilly Auto Parts, Massillon OH

Bought a battery a year ago covid hit and car sat for a while and battery went dead. No hassle replacement. Excellent work!

Went to try and get my check engine light checked and the guy said he cant due to covid 19 and said no other store does it i would have to go to a mom and pop store and they would charge me to do it i called autozone and they said that they can check it looks like im boycotting this store and the guy was the asst mgr

I called in and spoke to a young man, by the name of Jacob. He was extremely helpful and even changed my headlight for me and was very courteous and kind. Awesome job, guys.

Usually have no problem getting part, but not this time. Still I've always loved o'Reilly so I'll go back.

The customer service is not friendly they are not knowledgeable products that are they are selling and they need to know how to speak to people and help people

My battery went dead and these wonderful guys changed it out right before closing so I could get my son and I home. Excellent service. Did I mention, it was raining to boot.

Went in with a wiring issue of no break lights and they kindly came out and took a look for me, replacing bulbs to see if it could fix the issue!

This store is by the far the best O'Reilly Auto Parts store I've been in. I have a commercial account here. Joe, John and the rest of the guys take care of me. Great place to go for parts.
