10I believe O'Reilly's is a little bit more knowledgeable then AutoZone. The prices are certainly competitive a lot of times a whole lot less expensive! And I'm saying this from experience not because I hope to acquire anything from this
They always help me out when I go there for little things.tire plugs, key fob batteries, sometimes Lil cheaper than auto zone next door.honestly I usually end up at o reilys when auto zone don't have what I'm looking for which is most of the time lol
For oreillys motto to “Never say No” that is all I heard at this location if I could give zero stars I would. Will not be back. Good thing Autozone next door was able to help me out! Autozone for the win!

The gentleman there was dismissive. While asked to call a different location on turning rotors he kind of flung me away and very nonchalant.

Some of the best helping people behind the counter, They spent 1 hour searching for my valve cover gasket. It was a aftermarket motor and didn't belong in the car but it was and they were determined to find it, which they did
They always have what i need and decent prices but never have any workers when i go here. Would give 5 if there were more workers

I was working almost 2 miles away from the store when I found myself in a predicament. LOW DEF, idle engine soon.
I was setting on a job (over 3hrs away from our shop) when I realized the customer and my self were about to have problems. Cranes out of def.
So I call orielys, where I've been a customer for years, just not in these parts. Explain my situation, and my understanding that i dont have an account and delivery is not expected. But I needed a favor.
Store manager said, we dont usually do this but I'll see you in a few minutes!
