Last 4 times in here I pick something off shelf.usually oil or antifreeze and they charge wrong price.claims short handed. I said it was wrong 2 months ago have to argue for posted price. Then tonight I call for airline antifreeze.guy says yep just saw it on shelf. I drive 10 minutes walk in guy said ohh we sold out earlier today.computers were wrong. I said he just saw it on shelf.sad.used to like this store.
Ordered four bearings over the telephone was assured they would be delivered "next day". When I got there they had ordered four steering wheel covers. Nice steering wheel covers, but won't fix my truck.
For general automotive stuff it's a good place. Usually not very busy.
Place was a good place for part's just the kid who waited on me wasn't paying attention to what I needed as much as how many hours he worked
I go to Oreilly because I find their parts/tools/rewards the best. This store literally has the worst employees in any customer service I’ve experienced. It’s a shame because I prefer this store for my auto parts but I will not go back to this store for a long time, in hopes they may get some different employees. First negative review I’ve ever left, anywhere.
