5Salesman despite having to work alone this afternoon, gave great personal service to me and waiting customers.
Went to O’Reilly auto parts to get a battery in my remote start key fob replaced. The store associate was very helpful. I had my 3 year old son with me and he gave him a small RC car as a Christmas present. My son was very excited and enjoyed the car. It absolutely made his day. Will definitely be coming to this location in the future because of the friendly and helpful staff.
Lots of choices to make when it comes to auto parts and I have pretty much settled on this O'Reilly. The staff is helpful and friendly and the prices are decent.
Called ahead of time to see if they had the parts I needed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Got the parts I needed at a good price.
When we arrived, it took 5 minutes for someone to come from the back and help us. I would suggest to get a doorbell if all of the employees are going to stay in the back warehouse.
