I pulled up here with no brake lights and Beth the store manager immediately helped me. She also gave me new bulb lights free. Her and Christopher were exceptional I truly appreciate their business and I will return. I also needed air in my tire and Beth pulled her personal car around and used her air pump to give me air. They both definitely made my day if ever need anything car related ALWAYS SHOP HERE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. I TRULY TRULY APPRECIATE THEM
Came in and talked to a “manager” named beth, and absolutely disappointed, couldn’t help me whatsoever she acted like she didn’t know anything, the other employees there knew so much more then her and helps me with what i needed and as a “manager” that is very sad.great location with SOME fantastic employees but the management is kinda pathetic.thankyou so much to logan and anthony

On Sunday evening, July 2,2023, I heard a screeching noise from my front brakes. I knew what this meant, time for new front brake pads with rotors, so I immediately headed to the Kent O'reilly's for cost of new front brake pads with rotors. My service representative was Anthony, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. He not only got me the prices of a new front brake with rotors for my car, but without me asking him, he recommended a good mechanic to do the work for me; so I wouldn't have to do it myself! Thanks also to Shane for assisting me.
Very helpful, and even pulled my parts, had them ready and waiting. Thank you guys for being, and allowing me to be more efficient.
