O'Reilly Auto Parts, Centerville OH

These guys saved the day! After Amazon screwed up my order, OReillys was able to order it in on the same day (which was a Sunday, by the way). Part was correct; car got fixed. All is well.

I needed a few parts for my car and nobody nearby had it, but this O'Reilly's in Bellbrook or Centerville, Ohio had the parts I needed at a fairly good price! The guy there and wished I knew his name was helpful!

These guys are always helpful and knowledgeable. They know their car stuff and there’s no hassle returning things that are no longer needed! Steve is my husband’s favorite employee!

I went and bought a headlight from them two days ago. Today the headlight went out. I went up there and they wouldn’t replace the bad bulb they sold me. They said only if I was a rewards member that they would. So I had to spend another $19 total for a new bulb and grease. Such a waste of money. The guy seemed new. He was polite but as a company I was disappointed.

I was really surprised that they carried an oil filter for my '86 Honda Goldwing, and no more expensive than buying online; no shipping charge, either! Will shop here from now on!

I purchased a rear wiper blade for my 2009 Rav 4. It broke. No big deal. I went back to purchase another one, but they didn't have it in stock. So my fiance had another one ordered. I went to pick it up today and they informed me that it was sent back. They said that it gets sent back after 5 days. The guy at the counter counted off five days from the order date, not the date that the wiper blade was received in store. What bothers me is when I first mentioned why I was there, a female employee went to his side where I couldn't see her and whispered something to him. He said, "oh, did you? " Then he proceeded to tell me they could reorder. My fiance has no record of having a call to let us know that the wiper blade ever came in.

These guys at the bellbrooke store go the extra mile. If all the parts stores had guys/gals like this it'd be a better experience.

The older gentleman who helped us was very rude to my sister and I. Your employees are a representation of your company and in my opinion he poorly represents your company!

Incompetent staff. I was insulted by the employees well standing there. Do NOT SHOP at this O’Rilys.

Even though they didn't have the part I needed (it turns out to be very hard to source!), they took the time to help me identify the part numbers and viable alternatives. They gave me excellent service even though they knew they weren't making a sale that day.

Clerks greeted me upon entering and helped me compare the "Fixd" type items in their store that help diagnose problems. Got what I wanted, ran home & wrapped it for Christmas. In, out, happy.

This is a newer store. It is clean and organized and the staff is very knowledgeable. They seem to care more

Very nice, and overworked, employees. Helped me find the stuff I needed, and helped me the next 3 times I came in because I am bad at knowing the parts I need. Very gracious with my misadventure, very personable staff.

You need anything these are the guys to go to! Can't believe the lengths that Chevy and Levi went to to get me back on the road! Seventeen thumbs waaaaaay up!

I usually find what I need and it's a quick in-and-out place. If you're looking for something in particular, ask, they'll help you out. Also a good place to recycle used motor oil.
