O'Reilly Auto Parts, Huber Heights OH

Asked if they were hiring and got the response "always taking applications" very professional answer but didnt answer my question what so ever I wanted to know if they were hiring for said location not if they were taking application because a company can take apps all day long doesnt mean they are hiring

Prompt professional service on phone and in person for exchange of lifetime warranty brake calipers. Workers were helpful and knowledgeable.

Been going to O'Reilly for a few years now and always had great customer service but especially at this particular location. Scott helped me out today testing my battery and then finding out it was still under warranty! He swapped it out for me while sharing some laughs about a movie we both enjoyed "That Thing You Do". Thanks again Scott!

I had a misfire on number 4 of my Hyundai Sonata. O'Reilly emplee Chris gave me a website to check on recalls on my vehicle. I had 4, contacted Joseph Hyundai in Vandaila they are giving me a new engine. Chis Thank you and i will continue to shop at O'Reilly Huber Heights.

Prices are double for the same part online. No wonder brick and mortar stores are going out of business. 5 or 10 dollars more no big deal, but 40 or 50 dollars more, that is just plain ridiculous. Stop ripping people off.

These guys at this store are great traveling down Interstate 70 mile an hour goes out didn't have the cash to be able to get it they allowed my boss man to give his credit card over the phone to get a new alternator and a new battery make sure that I was able to install it on my truck before I pull it off great guys

Needed a new headlamp bulb replaced. Hubby out of town. Tyler was extremely nice and was able to install the bulb for me. Great staff. Will always buy my car parts here.

Anytime I go in there I always hope Chris or Matt is there. They will always help me with anything even if it means standing in the rain.thanks guys I won't go anywhere else or suggest anyone to go anywhere else

I typically like O'Reilly's as I've had good experiences with them. However, this particular place the part guy sold me spark plugs that he said we're pre gapped to oem specs. I had a rough time after that. Got it fixed at a better o'reilley in KY.

Auto parts store, pretty much the same as all the others. This location is newer and is neat and organized. Staff is helpful and had been able to find my parts every time I have been there.

Clean, quiet and service is friendly. 99% accuracy everytime with whatever parts I needed. Very friendly and helpful guys and gals.

I was having issues with a windshield wiper and the nice gentleman at O’Rielly not only took the time to run through possible options, but also fixed the problem. Great service!

This store was worth driving an extra few blocks instead of stopping at a different Auto Parts. The staff was patient (Mr. MATT W) and installed the wipers for us.

This O'Reilly's is a joke they hire stupid people to work there not handicapped don't get me wrong we're talking about kids that don't know squat that didn't take school for mechanics or common sense working there you ask them a question that they should know since they happen to be working at a auto parts store and they have no clue. Last time I came in to this store in particular and it seems like it's only this store in Miamisburg that's got the problem. But I came into the store last week for a simple question and got a run around answer that didn't make any sense and did not pertain to my SUV. Besides that the girl that works there was on her phone texting somebody on Facebook and wasn't paying attention to the big line of people wanting the cash out don't come to the store trust me they don't even honor coupons even though there their own coupons. Plus I had a gift card they wouldn't honor my gift card at all and it's their gift card and there's money on it because I proved it was got money on it and they said that they don't honor gift cards at all I'm not coming back I will go to AutoZone across the street no I don't work with AutoZone no I have no people's working at AutoZone that I know but the service at AutoZone is so much better with smart people working there then unfortunately here at O'Reilly's
