Love the option of personal pizzas. I can get multiples when I can't make up my mind. Or when i have guests that want different toppings.

The hidden gem on the East side of Toledo that has fantastic pizza. The wife and myself ate there while getting laundry done while getting their lunch special back in August which was a great price. Highly recommend.

Love this place it's super close to home and they are so welcoming when you first walk through the door. My family and I absolutely love there cheese bread.

The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating, is the fact they refuse to do business on Sunday. Of all days, no Sunday? Game day.when no-one wants to cook and have family dinner.

Haven't had Royal in a long time. It's good but I thought it was better years ago when they first opened.

We have been regular customers for a long time. This time. Not so good. The lady on the phone was not very friendly, seemed annoyed with her job/annoyed she had to work today. Our food was so burnt, barely edible and we order the samething alot. We also got all cold sauces, we had to heat the pizza sauce and nacho cheese sauce. Very disappointing

We have been loyal Original Royal Pizza fans for awhile BUT I am very disappointed in what happened there today. My wife went in to pick up our pizza and cheese bread and she witnessed a man returning (walking back into the store with) our food. She watched as he handed the food over and the man behind the counter, who took it to the back. He looked in each box, shut the boxes and brought them back to the front warming area to be handed out to my wife. My wife asked the lady who went to hand her the pizzas if they were the ones that were returned and she said, "No, those are still back there, arent they? " to the man. He responded that those were in fact the ones that were returned but it was fine because he didnt leave the parking lot with the pizzas. ONCE FOOD HAS LEFT YOUR STORE- YOU SHOULD NOT BE SERVING IT TO ANYONE ELSE! After seeing her hesitation, he did offer to make new ones but it should not be an option- it should have been done without question! Very disappointing!

This place was very good, the workers are very kind and they check up on you whenever they get a chance to. I was very pleased with how they packaged everything and they have good portion sizes too. I would recommend this place for a quiet evening as well.

I tried ordering food for lunch @ 10: 25am
I was told that they do not take orders after 10: 15am.now the last time I called they told Me they wouldn't accept orders after 10: 30am
What a joke so because I work at a certain company I'm not allowed to order at certain times!
I will not patronize this company anymore
I wouldn't care if this was something known throughout the company.but to just turn away my order because of a time, when there was still plenty of time to take and prepare the order.what a joke of a company and customer service.

Family and locally owned wonderful staff. Ordered from them for a graduation, set up a pre-order a week before and everything went flawlessly. Not only were they the most cost efficient option but the food was amazing as well. 10 out of 10 will definitely use them again.

Got great service a month ago before their remodel now somehow im out of the delivery zone even though im only 1.5 miles down the road and on the same street they still send a food truck but my lunch time is after they leave and don't come back.

We seen an ad on tv and decided to try Royal Pizza. The pepperoni signature pizza was great and the people were so pleasent. We decided to order from them again. We ordered pizza and salad, both were fantastic. I would suggest to anyone to give them a try, you won't be sorry. The place is neat and clean. The people are very nice. Try them.

Delicious definitely recommended been going here since a kid, highly recommend the cheese bread omgggg to die for!

Great prices for pizza! Can't go wrong with the personal size pizzas, up to 5 toppings for just $5! Small little town pizza shop. Awesome service. Usually takes 15 minutes to pick up an order
