Orthodontic Specialists, Liberty Township OH

The orthodontic staff were kind but I felt very offended because they made me pay the money before being attended, l've never seen that before, and also when paying they said they didn't have change so the only suggestion was me to pay and not getting change, very disappointing, if you don't have change that's not my business why do I have to pay more? Whatever, I paid that, because I felt so uncomfortable and mistreated, that I just wanted to finish and leave.l've been 2 years in Cincinnati and I never felt so discriminated. Do better next time, cause I felt like they treated me as if I was pretending to leave without paying.

EDIT: 8/14/19 I have spoken with Lisa (below) several times and she has offered a very generous resolution to this situation. I will be meeting with one of the staff orthodontist on Wednesday.

Website says “Free Consultations” I just called to make an appointment and the woman I spoke to wouldn’t make an appointment unless I gave her a dental Group number or SSN to look up our dental insurance. Said I would bring my dental card to my appointment and she said NO, and hung up on me!

Very very kind and welcoming staff! They were quick and effective as I felt very relaxed and at ease with my care and treatment. Huge shout out to Cheri, trinity and dr Jacobs for being absolutely amazing

My teen daughter have been treated by Dr. Jacobs for a year now and it's been a pleasant experience.

We had a great experience from beginning to end! Dr. Ison really cares about his patients and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your results! Morgan was very attentive and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and did a great job explaining how to keep my son’s smile picture perfect with his retainers. Vanessa did a fantastic job with a filling on my son’s front tooth. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Staff was quick and so friendly. They made my son feel very comfortable while getting his braces on.

Cannot recommend enough! I met with Cheri and Dr. Jacobs and I had all of my concerns put to rest. After a laundry list of dental issues it looks like they have a super simple fix that works great for my situation. They’re also super sweet, so if you’re looking, look no further.

I love going to Dr.ison office to get my braces fixed and they do really good, and they get you in and out and maddy does really good and she’s very gentle with you and always make sure your good with her work.

Our daughter had a fantastic experience with getting her braces here! Treatment even finished ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend. Everyone in the office was very kind.
