Dr. Dann is legit. I’m very picky about who I allow to treat me. I usually stick with one Dr.my entire life in whatever field of medicine I need help in. Dr. Dann has always been honest and open about helping me. Just left his office again and he always does a fantastic job. They’re quick too, no super long waits which I hate. In and out. Thanks

The check-in person was the most unkind and unhelpful person. I was escorting my mother to her appointment and bringing my father as well- both of them with dementia. I asked if I could bring both my parents with me into the patient room since they can't be left alone. The front desk worker was most unkind in how they handled my situation. Please try and educated your employees on ways to have kindness and share empathy during these particularly hard times.

I have had nothing short of excellent care from the Doctors at this facility. They care about you. Doctors Urse and Heckler have taken great care of me in the last 8 months. Thank you both.

My experience with Dr. Manocchio was not good. For starters, I had to wait an excessive amount of time every time I seen him. My appt times were always noonish, I suppose him & his staff were eating lunch. When he did finally come in, he was in & out and provided little to no help with my knee issues, basically I should just deal with it. I won't be returning.

Cancelled my surgery without even telling me for no reason. I had this scheduled and had taken off work and paid them my co-pay and then completely dismissed. I wouldn't bother with this place. Zero communication skills. Now I guess I have to work on getting my money back and find another surgeon.

Dr.heckler is by far the BEST orthopedic in town. He takes his time, is patient and knowledgeable. We always send new patients to him. Thank you for your great work!

Number one is important with every visit I have had. The timeliness of keeping the appointment time is excellent. Each visit accomplishes the necessary review of my progress, and each and every person is totally attentive to my needs. If a problem arises, I can easily contact Angie the doctor's assistant and receive whatever care or attention is needed. I am absolutely most satisfied with the attention and care I receive from the doctor and his staff.

Dr Hatic has done 3 surgeries on my feet 2 on my left and 1 on my right. I would never trust any one else to work on my feet. He has great manners, very informative, shows me my xrays and tells me what I will need to do next. Answers my questions and him, Tori and his staff have always treated me great. When I have my surgeries I know I am in great hands. I recommend him to everyone I speak with.

Went in for a broken hand. Unfortunately I wasn't healing fast enough for the Physians Assistant, so she released me to return to work and told me to drive a semi one handed! My hand is still swollen and painful, I have tried to get answers but now they won't call me back or see me. Run as fast as you can from this place.

Really starting to come to find out where doctors and insurance companies priorities lie. My son hurts his foot in the winter and we still haven't completely paid for it yet because they charge so much. He hurts his other foot and we tried to schedule an appointment to get it looked at but they won't see us until the first one is paid in full.

It's amazing this is how they treat a 13 year old kid.

It’s always a very positive and informative experience at my appointments. It is also very obvious that they all care about you as a person, as well as a patient!

Wrist Arthroscopy be Dr. Martineau last year, after 5 years of increasing pain. Best thing I ever did and no pain since.

There was very little waiting with Dr. Saunders. He is caring and compassionate. He scoped my left knee and removed what was needed. My knee no longer has any pain when the knee is bent. I was very happy with the out come of the procedure. I would highly recommend him.

Minimal wait time. Awesome staff. Dr Heckler very kind and answered all my questions for an upcoming surgery.

Dr. Adam Danny is my Physician and I am very grateful that he did see me he found things that were neglected by others and now I receive the best treatment possible for my injuries as orthopedic s are the best Thank you Chuck c

Dr Gleason and staff were amazing. I had ot and pt here. All staff that were involved in my care were friendly and listened to my complaints and helped. I would highly recommend this practice.
