Worst experience for sure. I was patiently going through the treatment which I feel is not the right treatment for me as it didn’t solve my issue. And the billing is ridiculous, I have been charged for the amount that my insurance is ready to pay. And firstly I asked the lady to check if the insurance is going to cover it and if no I don’t need the charge on my bill and she checked and said that it will covered by my insurance and now they are just saying that I signed a document and it’s on me. I have reached out to them several times no help and I keep getting the statement and I have already paid huge amount for the treatment here. No solution and still paying the fee what’s the point.

The physical therapy department and all of the other employees I interacted with here were amazing, but please, if you’re told you need to get surgery by a doctor here, seek out a second opinion. Dr. Tscholl misdiagnosed a fracture in my foot and told me my only option was to get the bone surgically removed. He suggested that I may not be able to run again after the surgery. I went to OSU and saw a different doctor in sports medicine who had an entirely different approach.

I have had a very positive experience with this location, staff and Dr. Sahai. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr. Sahai has amazing bedside manners, he took time to really educate me on my condition, listen to my concerns and explain the best options regarding my recovery process.
I would definitely recommend this facility.

I would recommend this facility and these doctors to anyone with any orthopedic issues from minor to major. I had total joint replacements in both knees, my surgeries were 2 weeks apart. All the personnel I dealt with were awesome and extremely professional from the surgeon and his nurses to the physical therapists at the Total Joint Therapy Center. It is a very well ran and organized approach to orthopedic medicine and care.

I tore my ACL in 2018. I appreciate everything that Dr. Robie did during my ACL reconstruction process. He always takes my concerns seriously. The PT staff pushed me hard and got me back to physical activity within 6 months. I’m very pleased with my experience.

Greg Bellisari was a very nice guy. Took the appropriate xrays needed to find out what my problem was, and will be sending me to physical therapy at Ortho one. Very humble guy for an individual who was an outstanding football player at The Ohio State Univ. Has been at Ortho one for over 10 years now. Would highly recommend.

I have been using Orthopedic one for years and the doctors and physical therapists are exceptional. I have had orthopedic issues for years after a 65 foot fall when I was younger, and I know what exceptional care is. Everyone there is amazing, including their reception staff. They have it together!

Ortho One got me in quickly, everyone was kind, and my doctor diagnosed me quickly and (I hope) accurately. My shoulder is already beginning to feel better! Will definitely return if I ever need more treatment in the future. I saw Dr. Latshaw.

Got my ankle overhauled. The efficiency of this place is as staggering as their thoroughness.
I'm doing my physical therapy now, and the only complaint that I have is how casual the doctors are. Everyone calls the doctors by their FIRST names. I've always thought that to be disrespectful.
When I was scheduling an appointment they asked who I would be seeing, my reply was Dr _. They responded with "who? ".
Other than that I couldn't be happier with my experience with OrthoOne.

I had an unnecessary delay in my PT, due to Aetna Insurance delaying approval for rehab, then sending me home. The physical therapists I have are so knowledgeable, explain exercises, giving me pics of doing them, and encourage me at every step. The area is very clean and has such a variety of equipment that it prevents boredom. They keep smiling, too!

Expert advice. Dr. Edwards and Dr McShane are very empathetic and get to the heart of the problems. Highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable. Walked through options and explained what each would mean in terms of recovery. Answered all of my questions. Fast paced, but not rushed

We had been going to ortho1 on Sawmill for a long time, since they were the Ohio Center for Orthopedic Excellence. Husband had a successful rotator surgery and we had liked the physicians. In particular, Dr. Bellisari. But something has changed since the practice went from the Ohio Center for Orthopedic Excellence to joining Orthopedic One. This February (2019) I had a shoulder injury and also went to Dr. Bellisari. Was told to start physical therapy, do MRI. He said I had a small tear in one of the tendons of the shoulder. Also said it was small, common, no big deal, keep doing PT. Six weeks of PT later I still could not lift my arm above 90 degrees. Even therapist was saying not to be surprised if he wanted to do surgery because pt wasn't working. Went to follow up appointment, he spent what felt like 90 seconds in the room with me, did two mobility tests and told me to keep doing pt. I remind him that pt quit working. He says that shoulder is structurally sound, do pt. I ask when follow up appointment is and I'm told they aren't scheduling one, call them if I need them. I left feeling like he thought I was a hypochondriac. I went to another doctor a coworker had recommended. Ended up having the surgery only to find 4 different issues that needed addressed including a tear in the rotator and the previously torn tendon was now frayed. We will never go back to ortho1. Dr. Bellisari had no bedside manner other than being short, terse, borderline insulting and generally grouchy. Not to mention that missed diagnosis added 4 months to the front end of my healing and who knows how long to the back end of my healing. It just isn't right to treat people like that. They push physical therapy first and foremost like it's the business cash cow or a meat market assembly line. Almost forgot about the prescription. Prescribed a medicine called Duexis and it had to be done from some mail pharmacy. Fortunately my insurance covered it because a 90 day supply would have been $2400. Seems a bit steep for strong ibuprofen and a stomach acid protector. Also seemed odd that it had to be done from a pharmacy they were 'in' with. In hindsight and with no proof other than gut feeling, makes you wonder if they get kickbacks from that pharmacy. I don't know on that one, but it makes you wonder.
The pt people were good to work with. But even then, they schedule the pt so it overlaps every 15 minutes. You're sharing your therapist with at least one other patient.
