Feel good that I’m doing something pro-active about me having osteopenia according to my last scan maybe 1O years ago. I’ve done research and there is a lot out there that the vibration plate they use works to prevent bone loss They are very helpful with the equipment and it’s a very short visit, not like going to physical therapy a lot nicer
