Outback Steakhouse, Columbus OH

After being told 1/2 hr wait and seeing 2 couples come in and point to the seats they wanted and getting them I left at the 1/2 hrs mark.
Went to another restaurant, was seated and received our food before I was notified our table was ready.
Won't be back.

We were seated at the bar today. The bartender was so friendly and courteous but, he was too busy trying to wait tables and bar and mix drinks.
Soup and salad took way too long. My friend didn't get her soup until we asked about.
Salad was drenched in too much dressing.
Our meals here are usual great. Sorely disappointed this time.

The food was good just took forever to get seated. I made what it thought was a reservation but, it wasn't. It was a way to get a spot in line. The waiter was very nice but took a while to get our drinks, apps, and main entrees. I gave it a four because the food was really good no complaint there just long waits.

Terrible bar service, waitress complained about not getting enough tips from people eating at the bar the whole time. Soup was barely warm, steak (rib eye) was 21.99 and felt like it was simply cooked in frying pan, no grill marks, over cooked and full of fat. Not sure what happened to Outback but I will never go back, over priced, mediocre food at best with terrible service on top of it.too bad, it used to be a treat going there.

I am usually pretty picky but it seemed like they couldn't do anything wrong this night. My steak was cooked to perfection the beans we're tender-crisp and the service was spot-on. I couldn't find anything wrong if I tried (and I thought about it). My birthday dinner was awesome!

The first time I've ordered from here the curb side pick up was good I barely waited a few minutes but the food was barely warm and it tasted like it had been deep fried in 2 week old oil. Needless to say it was pretty disgusting.

Outback Steakhouse in Hilliard is our favorite place to eat, staff is always friendly, food is always fresh, price is a little high but you get what you pay for.

Food and service is great here! Their cocktails are also really good, not too strong and they taste perfect, great place to go for a steak and seafood

They have consistently cooked my roommate's steak incorrectly the last 4 times we have gone. They have pretty good customer service, and the other entrées were good, but it seems they are unable to cook steaks as they are ordered. Usually one menu item wouldn't be such an issue, but considering that it's a steakhouse I feel like it should be the one entrée they cook to perfection. Waiting for a steak to be made twice every time you go is quite the inconvenience.

The coconut shrimp was cooked too long or sat under the heat lamps too long. The steak salad had cold meat and the lettuce was not great. The mac and cheese, French fries, and steak dinner were cold. Very disappointed.

Service is good, but the food has dipped the last few visits. Too much competition for them to allow that but it's happened

I don't like fried steak and then oven baked. Notice I didn't say seared. It's was a very disappointing. The steak was dry and flavorless.

Good service but there's nothing more irritating than a steakhouse that cannot prepare your state correctly I ordered a flos filet medium and it came out well done medium well if I'm being nice but just kind of disappointing.

Any issues we had were more than resolved by the staff and management. The rating of 4 is due to waiting 20 minutes past our reservation time for a seat.

The food was good and our waiter attentive but there are cleanliness and food storage issue at the main bar. Milk sitting out on the counter and bar spoons being used repeatedly to stir a variety of drinks without being cleaned in between uses is downright gross and very unsafe.

Bad experience no wonder I see so many outbacks closing. Waiter was terrible waited forever for food charged us for food that we never ordered. Can't believe this chain gas fallen so far so fast.

It was busy when we went but our waiter Joshua told us so no problem. Food was very good, as most times I've been there. I like this place a lot.

Food was great, steaks were cooked perfect, the bartender had to wait on us and manage the bar, so the food came out at different times, The football game was on so that helped to kill time. We will definitely be back

I haven't been to an outback in years and it was better than I remembered. Seafood was delicious and on point. Tasted fresh. Service was really good and despite being extremely busy food arrived in good time.

The food was dry, very over done and cold. The tables were so close together that the waitress kept knocking into my husband every time she went to the table behind us
