Outback Steakhouse, Maumee OH

Got sick for 3 days. Blooming onions were overly bad and had so much grease on the plate I could dip French fries in it.

So still here. Waitress was excellent. Food was good. Problem… one steak was way over cooked. Took back 20 minutes later steak comes out with manager who did nothing but make excuses. No apology no nothing from the manager. Basically left waitress hanging. Manager should be ashamed of herself. Steak came out when rest of party done eating. Went directly into to go box Sad

2 of the 4 steaks came out wrong. Mediums came out as well done and just a tad past raw. Otherwise, fun time with nice people. A little pricey.

I am very impressed by the managing partner, Melissa and wanted to share my experience. Last weekend, after a long day of travel, we decided to order Outback from UberEats. I got a sirloin and my fiancé got ribs. My meal was good, but my fiancés ribs were inedible- he had to cut them apart with a knife and even then he was struggling due to them being so tough. We ended up throwing them out and it was a bummer due to the price of the meal. We were both very frustrated and I left a complaint through UberEats. Within 24 hours, Melissa had contacted me via email and apologized for the quality of the meal. The following day, we received several gift cards in the mail from Outback. We’ve all had a bad experience with a restaurant but most of the time it is ignored or only a generic, automated apology is issued. I thought it was really awesome that Melissa made sure we were taken care of and I look forward to giving Outback another shot in the near future!

Super dissatisfied. My son-in-law just arrived with food we picked up for dinner. My Alfredo is disgusting! The pasta is bone dry from sitting under the lights obviously. I wish I’d taken the photo before I tried to eat it so you could see all of the top noodles looked like the one I centered to photo on. Completely bland and the shrimp OMG! - how do you undercook shrimp? !

I’m so mad at the wasted money and now I have to find something to eat.

Ordered online. Chose a pick up time that was later than the 1st available. Arrived one minute early. Employee came out promptly and took my name. Returned in 5 minutes without my order. Said she was going on a delivery but someone else would be out with my order as soon as the fries were finished. Five minutes later another employee was entering the building. I asked her for help and she said "I'm not clocked in yet. " She went in the building and never came back out. Another 5 minutes after that I finally called the store. Was transferred to a manager. He asked me to hold while he checked. Several minutes later someone brought out the order and argued with me that they had only received the order 15 minutes ago. I had been waiting in their parking lot for over 20 minutes. After I place the order and before I began waiting, I had time to go shopping. Clearly the ordering app sucks, and the people are the worst. I wish I knew how to reverse the tip that it tricked me into pre-paying. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Just not at all good or even okay. I had the prime rib which was cooked medium rare. It however was tough and chewy and lacked flavor. The salad was SO over dressed it was soggy and wet with oily dressing. The side of Mac and Cheese was very good. The blooming onion thing was over cooked and dark brown and tasted burned.

Horrible service. Wrong food, missing the rest of ingredients on a $12 appetizer. Cold food. No silverware. We waited a hour and a half to get all our food. Drinks were good. It was bad enough that we left though once we got the rest of our food and it was cold.

We have often eaten at this Outback location, and the last couple times including this time the lobster was much better quality than it has sometimes been which was a delight to us! Our server Trish was the standout of this visit, however. She was so attentive, perceptive, and on-point, making sure that we got what we needed - and we are very particular!

They delivered our blooming onion with the sauce in a Styrofoam cup instead of metal, which is ABSOLUTELY not a big deal. The manager (Adam) came out and apologized and insisted to bring us a new sauce cup and was going to buy it for us. We would never complain about the cup and thought nothing of it. But he was very kind and insisted no matter what we said. Very good service.

It was great. Took my granddaughter there for her 5th birthday. Our server I believe his name was Colbin. Sorry if I got that wrong. He was awesome. Was very friendly got everything to us very fast. Even got my granddaughter a Sunday for it being her birthday. Food was great. We will probably be back.

First of all I understand the employee shortage. That said, our server, Autumn, was great. She was polite, attentive. She noticed my steak which I ordered medium rare was quite well done and hard when I cut into it. She immediately took it back to have it remade. Another table came in, ordered, ate, and left and I still had no steak. The rest of my group was done eating and Autum told us my steak was almost ready. It should not take over a half an hour to have a steak remade med rare!
The manager brought it out with NO apology. I commented how long it took and that I would need to take it to go as my table was all done. Again NO apology just a “that’s how long it takes” Very disappointed. Not what I would expect from them!

Went there with my husband, daughter, and granddaughter for dinner. Asked to be sat at a table because my husband and I are larger people. When they took us to our table it was a booth. I told him I asked for a table and he told me there were none available and the booth was a "bigger booth" so we sat there. It was terrible! It was right outside the kitchen. So all we heard was clanging of dishes and whatever else, people yelling back and forth, and the lid for the ice machine (I think that's what it was) being slammed down. Our server was awesome! I want to stress that! OUR SERVER WAS AWESOME! His name was Dominic. He did an awesome job. But by the time we left there I had a terrible headache from all the noise in the kitchen. I hope this review gets posted. Because I already tried this all out once and I don't see it in the reviews. So maybe they pick and choose what gets posted, I don't know.

Waitress was very nice, however one of my party’s steaks was very over cooked so we sent it back and took the entire time we were dining to be bring back out. The manager brought it out and did not apologize once just made excuses a dimly I’m sorry would have been nice. Not coming here again unfortunately.

Food was ok. Very friendly waitress! Grilled chicken was a very small piece for the money. I never got a refill on my water! My husband's chicken was over cooked. It will be awhile before we come back.

Ordered food for delivery. Small portions. The loaded mashed potato had about 3 pieces of cheese, 2 pieces of onion and all fat bacon. Don't waste your money on that if you prefer takeout.

Horrible experience. Arrived cold, no bread, or condiments salad was very small and hot, steak was overly coated with seasoning…. Couldn’t eat and portions were very small. This was our 6th Uber eats order through Outback and this was our first bad experience. Manager was notified.

Potatoes were cold. Steak had so much pepper and seasoning it was almost impossible to eat. It seemed as though the top fell off the spices shaker and they just said "the heck with it " and sent it out. Service was mediocre
