Outback Steakhouse reviews
16Don't waist your money. Blooming onion was great. Sirloin steak tough and chewy. My filet mignon was well done and needed a ax to cut it. They made me a second one. Done correct but still way to chewy. Worse. $100.00 I ever spent on steak. Service was good, food a disgrace. I do not recommend this place at ALL! SHOULD PROBABLY CALL THE BBB.
Went on saturday evening, our wait wasnt more than 25 min for 2 people and a toddler which i thought was amazing. Especially bc the pick up line was wrapped around the building, which will lead me to my next point. The food all came out fast. And it tasted amazing! Im sure the kitchen was swamped. Our waitress Kelley was incredible. She was so good that she would bring me a backup drink way before i even needed one. I couldnt even count how many times she came to our table. (I went somewhere else the other week and our waitress didnt come to our table once and there was 3 people in the entire restaurant and she was talking to them each for over 20 min instead of coming to us). We definitely tipped her a little extra. Everyone should take lessons from Kelley! I hope your manager sees this! Will def be coming back!
My food, prime rib, was excellent. My guest didn't get her grilled shrimp which she ordered with her steak and her rice really wasn't tasty. My beer was good and cold. Our waitress was probably overworked as she was taking care of many other tables but never checked in on us after bringing our food. She also took forever to bring us our drinks after they were ordered. Not sure if I would return
Great service from the ladies at curbside pickup. Thank you for that.
However, the kitchen staff did not add all of the ingredients to my order that I paid 5 dollars extra for. Outback is a bit pricey as it is, so this was unacceptable in my opinion. I also would have liked to have given a bigger tip to the lady that helped me at curbside, but could not afford because the bill as it was.
Hands down - one of THE WORST dining experiences ever! We were day within minutes at a table right by the hostess stand. After 15min, I told the woman at the stand (who told me she was a manager) that we haven't been greeted yet. A few minutes later, a server shows up & we give her our full order. Then we are missing a salad (that we were told 3x that it was coming & don't get until after our dinner is complete). We get served chili w/o a spoon. Potatoes are cold. Beverages weren't refilled. Hot water was brought out in a drinking glass, not a coffee mug. The bread wasn't warm. I watched 4 ppl stand around the hostess stand (some of them on their phones) while the service staff was overwhelmed. No team work in this store. Even though they took care of our bill, We'll probably NEVER go back. It's a poorly run store. And when you're paying an average of $30/person, you should get ALOT better than fast food-type service
Service was not so great. We did have a great server, but there were flaws. They were not even remotely busy at all, and I still had to wait up to 45 min to be seated after checking in for my reservation. Then once seated. It took about 10 min for our server to get to us and another 5 for drinks. Also, there wasn't any silverware ready for us and it took about 15 min to get silverware after the drinks were served. Then it took about 45 min for our food to get to the table. However, the food was good and hot when served, so no complaints about that.
Blooming onions, mushrooms, steak. Really what's better? ! Oh snap! Mac n cheese? ! All the food was lovely. My waitress was Sarah. She was absolutely wonderful. Whatta sweetheart. There was a 30 minute wait but it was worthwhile. Really lovely. Clean, loved the lighting & my companion enjoyed himself also.
Service was an issue from start to finish. The place was by no means "packed" but it was a Saturday night so you would expect it to be busy. Upon arrival we were quoted 15 minutes for a table for two. Now, I understand that this is an approximation, but when it ends up being 45 it's a bit irritating. Upon being seated we were greeted promptly but that was the only thing that happened with any kind of efficiency. Food was adequate, but tainted by the experience of having to wait for silverware with which to eat it. I suppose this is an effect of the current labor situation, but there was a palpable lack of urgency or energy with the entire observable staff.
Everything was fantastic. Steak was juicy and done as ordered oh, the coconut shrimp were wonderful and the baked potato was excellent
Our server didn't check on us, we ordered an app that she forgot to put in and did so after I reminded her what we ordered. We recieved our entrees in 40 minutes. My steak was supposed to be medium and came to the table rare. I understand fully if they were training in the kitchen or the server was overwhelmed and that's when you communicate to your guests there will be a short wait, kitchens backed up, whatever. We won't be back.
Wait time was long even after I called in. People were seated after just walking in. Waitres was nice but looked overwhelmed. My steak and 10 yr old grandsons steak was raw instead of being well done. Sent it back and came back still under cooked. Worst experience ever on my birthday
Food was delicious and fresh, salads crisp, steaks perfectly cooked. Service was good, started a little slow but I think the host delayed telling her she had a table. Overall great dining experience!
Slow on service and food was lack luster for a 8oz steak looked smaller and a piece of chicken was small to very salty blooming onion was cooked way to long and the spice was salty and the breaded mushrooms were also way over done and way to much salt I would have rather spent my money somewhere else
Food was very good, but sadly you could tell they were short staffed. Long wait and they ran out of baked potatoes for half of our order. The manager and waitress were very accommodating but it still was a long wait for a table and for our food.
Food was good. Had a rez for 6, wasn't seated until almost 7. We understood that covid makes it hard to sit a party of 7 but the wait was hard for my family with kids.
Nice evening, good food and excellent service. Not a 5 * as they had run out of prime rib which was ordered by a person at our table.
