If you are looking for a fireplace door do not go to overhead door.

We went here and the first time we went in we spoke with Cole, he was wonderful and informative and gave us a book to go through with different options. We called back and he stated to us that Ryan would need to be the one to come out and measure for the door and he would have him call us. We waited a few days and we called back because Ryan never called. He never called back so we called again the next week, he actually answered his phone and we talked about the door we wanted and colors, etc. I did go back to the store on a Saturday morning to look at the color chips after talking to Ryan about options. Plus, the couple of times I spoke to Ryan I had to give him all my information again. If he was interested in doing his job he should have wrote all that information down the first time we spoke. We called him back to try and set up an appointment for him to come measure the opening, they were short staffed that day so he couldn't come that day. He said that Friday looked good and he would call in the morning and give us a time that he would be coming. Do you think he called? That was 2 weeks ago. We have since contacted the other company who sells these fireplace doors and they made arrangements to come out on the very first phone call. They seem to want to do their jobs unlike Ryan.

I called at 8: 00am Talked Chris she got me scheduled on the same day Two wonderful Young men came out within a hour of my call was here 15 minutes my Garage Door fixed and on their way! Very Friendly Knowledgeable Young Men!

This place is wonderful, I had a really tough job with a new fireplace. Cole and Austin came to work even on odd hours. They worked with me with such patience, and my new fireplace is beautiful. Six stars if I could. Thanks again guys!

Overhead door has a super friendly staff and a large selection of garage doors. They also sell exterior entry doors and screen or storm doors. My only complaint is. I do not think they will install doors or openers purchased from another place, but that's their business model. I would categorize them as more of a premium material and service provider. Good experience overall. We will be back.

Kyle Miller came to our home to assist my husband and I with questions regarding our newly installed fireplace. The company sent the right person. This man was outstanding in his professionalism and his demeanor. He was very kind, compassionate and thoughful. He was very thorough in explaining how our fireplace worked and made sure we were comfortable with the operations. He was an excellent trainer. He demonstrated outstanding customer service and made us feel

Worst service company that I have ever dealt with. Being a former service VP if we ever gave this poor of service I would have been fired. As a customer you have to constantly follow up. I would not recommend this company for any service

I placed an order in August for two windows and a lifestyle screen for my garage. Gave them a two thousand dollar deposit. The screen came in October and was installed. However, the screen doesn’t fit correctly and has already pulled away from the unit. They have ordered new screen but can’t install because of weather. Understandable, but frustrating. The real issue is the windows. We waited six months for two windows. Took a day off of work to finally get them installed and it turns out our salesman Greg measured incorrectly. I ask for a refund and because it was on a visa I no longer have, they cut me a check for 970 instead of the full 1000. They needed their 3% credit card fee. It took six months, cost a day of work and I lost 30 dollars. You would think a company as big as this would have realized the frustration and sucked up the 30 dollars. It was their mistake after all. Once my screen is finally fixed I will hopefully never have to deal with them. Greg doesn’t communicate unless you track him down and he’s mysteriously always out of the office. SMH

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Do not use this business! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Salesman Ryan does not call you back when he says he will. He forgot to put my order for residential OH doors in, then said he would expedite the order and keep me updated. Of course he did not. It wasn't until I physically went to the office to cancel my order and request a refund that the doors just happened to come in. I reluctantly went ahead with the install and that was negative experience also. Chain on one door was not adjusted, decorative hardware was installed on only one door and they broke one of my existing openers. When I asked for it to be replaced Ryan said "they didn't break it on purpose". They eventually agreed to replace the opener and completed the install correctly. Then I receive the bill and they forgot to deduct the deposit I put down from the total due. I also asked for a quote on some more OH doors for my barn and they never got back to me on that either. I asked multiple times to speak with the owner and was always deflected to someone else. When I told Ryan I had tried to speak with the owner he said that he can barely speak to him so it's no wonder I couldn't. Stay away from this establishment. They are incompetent and just simply do not care.

When we moved here, we did not have a company to provide service for the Garage Doors. We found Overhead Door and contacted them on-line. The owner, Michael, responded the following day and set up an appointment. The first technician came out and suggest it was a logic board ($100). He had to order it and would come back (no additional charge). When he returned (IAN) he relooked at the issue and suggested that it may not be the board, rather it may be a weight and balance issue instead. He then made the appropriate adjustments and tested the system multiple times. And it worked! He checked on my other Garage door, made an adjustment, tested and was done. I paid Overhead by phone on a credit card. BOOM! $110, out the door. TAKE AWAY: 1) I will use them again! 2) Ian explained to me what he was doing 3) when given a choice of replacing a logic board, Ian did further problem solving to consider other lest costly solutions to a problem (saved me $$$) 4) Ian was a great ambassador for the company! Overhead Door is my new GO-TO company for Garage Door issues.

The showroom is interesting to walk through. The staff are courteous. Overhead does good business.

Would definitely recommend! Fast, curtious and always professional. Never feel overcharged - quality work!

They're super slow and make sure you get the right parts and the right amount. If the warehouse guys aren't there plan on spending 45 minutes waiting. At least on the visit where I waited 45 minutes there was a younger man who jumped in and got me what I needed actually knew what he was doing.

We have used overhead door for many years for both garage door issues and fireplace routine care and maintenance and issues. They are friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and reasonably priced. A recent garage door issue was readily repaired by Nick Z. He is a very pleasant and cheerful young man and I enjoyed meeting him as well as learning from him about our "minor" garage door closing issue. Thank you for continuing to earn our trust and confidence.

They recently replaced my broken garage door spring, my technician Ian was prompt, fast, and friendly. I also had Overhead Door Company of Toledo replace my old garage door opener a few years ago, good experience then too.

They were able to find the correct keypad and serviced my door in the bitter cold. Very professional and timely.
