We are not from the area (my daughter is a student at Miami) and the alternator and water pump both went in her car. Oxford Car Care was great about getting her car in last minute, diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed at a very reasonable price! I cannot recommend them enough! I had multiple shops in the Cincinnati area tell me I needed a new compressor and wanted to charge me close to $1000. Took it to Oxford Car Care, which came recommended by a friend, and they realized it had been unplugged. They plugged it back in and charged me a half hour of labor and I was on my way.

My appointment was on time. When they were done with the work the man double checked everything. So it took just a little bit longer. The mechanic was very diligent on the alignment for my vehicle. I'm so impressed by his care of my vehicle. It's a clean shop they know what they're doing. I would definitely take my vehicle back there. The receptionist was attentive to my needs. There was mechanic in the office. When I said something he asked me a question and he said no that's not a problem there. I told the receptionist I was on a fixed income I needed a good tire that would last but I could not afford a brand name. She called me back and told me which was available and I was very impressed with the price I paid for 50,000 mile tire. I told her I wanted something that could go through the snow and was maneuverable because I have a front wheel drive vehicle. She went above the Call of Duty and got me exactly what I needed.

Was quoted for a 2 hour job. After three I called and asked for an update they quoted me another hour and a half. I arrived ten minutes later to see then using my vehicle to transport and dispose of their trash in addition the mechanic decided he was enjoying my vehicle revving it in the parking lot while I watched. The job was already done but they decided they wanted to use my vehicle as a company car for their own uses and pleasure. I will not return and strongly advise you to avoid trusting your vehicles to them.

They are very friendly; Candice and Hayley worked around my busy schedule, quickly ordered the pieces, and the shop completed the job. Oxford Car Care is one of the best automotive service centers I have ever had the pleasure of using. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who were eager to help me with my car needs.

They are extremely fast and charge appropriate rates for parts and service- at least for the brake pads and calipers I got installed. Would highly recommend!

I brought my car here to do an oil change. Everything was fine until the next day and my engine light comes on and it says my oil was low. I had no oil in the car. It leaked out. I put enough oil in it to get me to another shop and they tell me that Oxford car care screwed up and didn’t put something on, the filter had a hole in it and something else I couldn’t think of. I take the car back to Oxford after the other shop fixed my car and Oxford only offered a refund on the filter which was only a few dollars and a free oil change the next time. Why would anyone bring their car here after you guys messed up something like an oil change? I will never be back!
