Renting from this company would probably be the worst choice you could make ever. Where to even start. We moved in 3 months ago. Went a whole week without heat. Then went 22 days without running water. And we are going on 3 weeks again of the water in the kitchen not working. Do you think they have had any sympathy for our situation? No, they blamed us when we were on the phone saying they didn’t know the water was not working entirely. Even though it was in the description of each request to show exactly what was going on. We have small children and a baby in the house and they didn’t care even a bit. It will take well over a week for a workman to even be approved to come out. If I were you, I wouldn’t believe a single thing these people comment back on these reviews. They’re lazy, and have no concern for their tenants. Not once through the entire process have we received an apology. And for our trouble? 270$ after 22 days without water and now another 21 days and counting. Rents 1400 a month by the way for a house that doesn’t function.

Signed up with Oz Realty to rent out my properties. Six months later they couldn’t even rent one unit out. Don’t waste your time or money with this property management company.

Since you want to lie about the situation let me give more details on why this is the worst property management company in Toledo

First of all, I fired Oz Realty. You did not decide to part-ways with me. Every time I was given an estimate you received my contribution money immediately.exactly for the new furnace to repair the heat. I asked multiple times for receipts and was never given one for anything. So who knows if that’s what every thing even costs not to mention every time you lost my keys I had to pay $250 dollars per lock when it wasn’t even my fault.
Yes the properties needed some work but the duplex sat rent ready for 3 months.
When I ask why your office manager Lonna she said “good question I have no idea “
That’s when I decided i have had enough. You had no intention of renting any doors out. The only thing you when instead in was getting money for construction so you can infant the price that’s why no receipts were ever provided
And I’m not talking about the owners portal the statement you send out every month you can put any fake numbers in there.
When someone one asks for receipts multiple times and you say yes I will send them and you never do what does that mean? To me it means you’re stealing.

They collected my information and processed my application in a timely manner. I gave my price range and they promptly gave me several listings to view. I'm happy with the house I selected for me and my son

Experience working with this company has been much better from previous company. Every interaction and service request has been handled promptly and professionally. One suggestion for elderly clients who may not be computer or phone option savvy would be for companies to keep them in mind. With advanced technology some elderly or disabled clients may not know how to go online to portals or emails to create urgent maintenance request. Voicemail options are available but I do not believe voicemails are handled as quickly as when the online portal is used.

Oz Realty have been managing my properties in Toledo for the last 5 years. As a out of state investor, I have been pretty impressed with their their prompt communication. Rent payments are always on time, management fees are nominal & quality of tenants has also been good. Will definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality PM.
