Pack & Post (Formerly Goin' Postal), Defiance OH

My experience with this business was awesome came into the place not prepared to know exactly what I needed to do but the owner and also Kelly helped me to get it together and get my obituaries printed for my daughter thank you very much for your help blessings to this company and the workers and the owner continue success

I have gone to Pack & Post several times over the years and they are always so helpful and so friendly! Our most recent experience / shipping needs they assisted was so above and beyond I had to leave a review!

My husband and I had purchased a recliner for our nursery and then when it came the quality was not what it should have been, and we found a new one we wanted. But needed to ship this recliner back for a refund first. A RECLINER GUYS. I called first to see if it was something they could assist with and they were so friendly and helpful! My husband took the recliner in to see if they had a box to fit it in - which they did not in our case but my husband knew he could get one from work that it would fit in. So they let us keep the recliner there over the weekend till Monday when my husband could bring in the box. Then Pack & Post took care of boxing it up, printing my labels and getting it shipped out for me. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I am so so thankful for them and their willingness to help us out to get this large item returned. And so affordable too! I didn’t mind the cost at all (which was less than $20 since we provided the box) because of how much work i know they did for me.

This place and Megan, the owner, are fantastic! I have shipped things basically all over the world with them and have not once had a problem! They are super friendly, always speedy, and ready to help no matter what the package is or where it should be going. I just can't say enough good things about Pack & Post!
