Padrone's of ADA

We have never ordered from Padrone's before and will never order again. I know they were busy. The person answering the phone told me so when I called to find out where my order was. This was 20 minutes after they were late with our order, on an estimate of an hour delivery. So 1 hour and 20 minutes after I had ordered. The food finally came 2 hours after we had ordered. And it was cold. My son didn't care about his pizza being cold. He ate it. I called to complain about the pasta being cold. We had ordered fettuccine. It was actually spaghetti noodles with Alfredo sauce. The manager said he would refund the money for the pasta. Fine, but then my husband opened his wings and half of them fell out onto the floor, because of the poor packaging. No surprise. The fettuccine had been half out of the packaging when it was delivered and the container was dirty. Dissatisfied and disappointed doesn't even cover how I feel. They should have refunded the entire amount, but I'm not in the mood to argue. Just know I will never order from there again.

Must have new ownership or ordering from different vendors because they used to be good and now everything is off.

I found it very poorly managed here. My boyfriend and I had a coupon for a free large pizza and breadsticks. I called 15 times before the phone was answered then to be told that they can’t take our order over the phone. We went down there and there was one person in the restaurant and the other was delivering. Very sad when your employees have this much stress from a job on their day off. No one deserves that for minimum wage ‍️

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service after waiting over an hour on a "15" min order. Will never return
