There should be a big sign in the lobby that says, "A Patient in Need is a Pest Indeed. " I get it that the CDC issued warnings to providers to restrict access to opioids and has since said they went TOO far, but after being turned down for other treatments through insurance denials, I now see that their version of the Hippocratic oath of "do no harm, " means that patients like me just have to suffer in pain while rationing the little bit of pills and berating me as a patient.

You're treated like an addict instead of someone who just wants a better quality of life rather than suffering at home in pain trying to extend the handful of pills for another three weeks and admonishing you when you say you need more.

As far as I'm concerned, they'd rather see patients dead than on pills and that is much of the medical field currently and PEMCO is no exception.

Military don't waste your time going there. If I could rate it zero I would. The Dr.tries to push you into pain injections and has no answer when I ask why would I choose an invasive shot when one Percocet takes the pain away for hours? The Dr.has no answer. Also the Dr.is making up her own rules saying she won't give opioids if the patient has a medical Marijuana card. I read this is not true. So if you want to be lied to and have your pain NEVER treated, go to PEMCO. You'll be seeking another doctor. Avoid Dr. Pauley. I forgot to tell you she ordered a Buthane patch which is used to treat opioid addiction. No one will give me any opiods so how the H does she presume I am addicted. I consider this medical mismanagement and I should report her to the Medical Board because she treated nothing but muscle cramps. I went there for pain relief from Degenerative Disc Disease.

I have called them numerous times to get an appointment. Left so many messages my dr left a referral. Over a week and still no response. How do you get in touch with this office?

I had my 1st visit yesterday and I am very pleased. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw was very thorough and seemed to care about my well-being. No unnecessary treatments (ie.injections etc) were pushed on me. That tells me this dr looks at each patient individually and does what's best in each situation. I'm very grateful to have found this place!

THEE WORST PHYSICIAN IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH EVER. RUDE AF. UNCARING HORRIBLE DISPOSITION HE NEEDS TO RETIRE

The Dr I have now, now that Dr Donnini retired and sold the practice, is horrible. Not interested in patient comfort, just performing invasive procedures for monetary gain. Would advise anyone seeking to not choose this location. The Dr I have now once tried to give me an injection in the wrong location on my back. She failed to read all the notes. Negligent with no excuses, if you want my opinion. Horrible bedside manner to boot. Total thumbs down!

This team is awesome. They made me feel comfortable from day one. This team cares about the patients that they care for. That is a very hard thing to find the pain management.

This physician is money-grubbing and uncaring. She saw me one time, then I was thrown to NPs who were "not able" to change my plan, even though I informed them monthly that my pain was not changed at 8 (0-10 scale)! They dismissed me because my surgeon referred me to another MD for an epidural injection, thank God! I have a history of dependence because of chronic pain: I adhered to rules, jumped through hoops, and received no help. Sad and sorry care.

People have died because of the negligence in this place. Sylva or whatever his name is should be in prison.

In the years I have been coming here I’ve had nothing but a great experience. Sherry and Lisa are the best. I’m also very happy with my nurse practitioner Cathy Flanders she always takes time listening to my issues with pain. And is always looking for ways to help me. Dr. Tammy Dann is the best. She is kind and very attentive to you and makes you feel at ease when getting injections. She try’s to make you as comfortable as possible. I am so thankful for her and her entire staff.

I have been coming here for a few years. Joni A is wonderful. She has always been available to answer any question I may have and is very respectful to me. I have never had any problem getting an appointment or medication refills.

I have been going to this office for about 2 years, I have never had an issues until now. Met with a PA named Joni who very rude and disrespectful to me
I left the office manager an email because she was unavailable to speak with me after my appointment. She did call me back and we had a lengthy conversation, she stated she would talk to Joni, needless to say they believed her and released
me from the office stating I called Joni a liar. I simply told her that she probably would say she wasn't rude and she was not disrespectful. They clearly are not for the patient even when they are clearly wrong. I would not recommend this pain clinic to anyone!

Part 1 I have been going here for many years but I have to say since Dr doniinni retired the office isn't the same. They are having me do a parking lot visit with covid even with my high temperatures and being extremely sick. I think the office manager is off her rocker and has no real clue how to run a office, I retired from a doctors office from 25 years service,
Part 2 I just received a call from the office manager and because I put this on here the truth Dr Pauly has decided I'm dismissed from the office this office has just shown me how much they really care about me and all there other patients after all these years of coming here. I warn you before making that first appointment

Don't know what to think at this point.
I was referred by another pain doctor because all of the procedures (injections, ablation etc.) they have used to try to help my pain issue have been exhausted.

I was called by scheduling and literally told "we have no appointments open until next year I will put you on a waiting list"!
I was referred by another much higher rated and respected pain management doctor to these folks for help and they "don't have an opening"?
Not looking good at this point!
