Love the beds! I used to be a tan pro person but ever since they bought them out i’ve been SO happy with the results, i’m getting a lot more for what i’m paying for & im LOVING it!

Very clean and friendly. I was upgraded to a level 3 bed and it's giving me a great base for my upcoming trip to FL.

I HATE THE HOURS THEY CLOSE AT 9 WEEKDAYS BUT CLOSE AT 7 SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SMH YOUD THINK IT BE MORE LIKE 930PM WEEKEND DAYS ATLEAST NOT NO 7PM

“SKIP THIS PLACE” FRAUDULENT CHARGES!

I am writing in such disbelief of customer service and lack of urgency when it comes to taking care of your customers. My fiancé got a membership here which she was doped into thinking that it was “ the best deal they had”. She paid $495 to get the membership and than was going to be charged $70-80 a month. After being totally confused and forced into this deal with thier sale tactics we decided after a few months that this is not worth it so we decided to cancel. We called to cancel and we’re advised to come in and fill out an form to make sure we don’t get charged anymore. So we did go in to fill out the form. However after seeing a charge of $112 show up on my bank statement we decided to call the tan place. We called numerous times and kept getting a run around on when the manager will be in. Seems to me that every time we call this manager is not in and seems so weird that when my fiancé will call from her phone it will always go busy tone but when I call from my cell they will pickup right away. (THEY PROB BLOCKED HER NUMBER IS MY GUESS)

Today we spoke to another employee who advised us that the manager will give us 2mo. Of free tanning which we do not want. ALL WE ARE ASKING IS FOR OUR MONEY TO BE REFUNDED THATS ALL!

Today the lady on the phone said that she will try her hardest to get us the money back as she she is not manager. I will personally be taking this to ch. 6 on your side or any other affiliates that can get to the bottom of the extreme abuse of power here.

I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE DO NOT SIGNUP FOR THIERE MEMBERSHIPS AS THEY WILL CAHRGE YOUR CARD WHATEVER AND WHENEVER. SO FAR IM OUT OF POCKET OVER $1000 IN CHARGES, MY FIANCÉ ONLY USED THIS PLACE 4 TIMES IN 6 months. I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS PLACE DOESN'T RIP OFF ANYMORE PEOPLE. ESPECIALLY DURING TIMES LIKE THE CURRENT PANDEMIC WE ARE IN. THIS IS NOT RIGHT FOR AN ESTABLISHMENT TO TAKE HARD WORKING PEOPLES INCOME. ITS JUST NOT RIGHT. TO ME ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ITS ABOUT VALUE AND PROFESSIONALISM.

If you would like to go to a tanning place that has good customer service and knowledge of their products, go ahead and skip this location. Their manager is clueless and likes to give you the runaround. I reported an issue 4 times in store before I had to call in to speak to her. Once we initially spoke, it took another 2 weeks before we spoke again and I once again had to reach out to her.
I don't know who chose to promote this woman to a manager but I would reconsider the decision that you made.

I will NEVER tan anywhere else but Palm Beach Tan. I love going here! They are the best! Thank you girls for being so awesome all day everyday, you got this sweet ladies! I go to the Westerville location off Sunbury Rd. It's the absolute BEST! Best tan & awesome girls!
