I love the beds, I just wish the staff was more friendly and kind. They almost seem bothered because a customer walked in and they have to help them.

The first time I utilized PBT's services, I got pushed towards a higher end expensive package without being able to see their other less expensive packages. For a few months I got to use some very fancy tanning beds that were very very nice, and I liked the tan I got. However, I don't really need a fancy bed for how infrequently and minimally I need to/should tan. This time around: the staff were very helpful and didn't try to push me towards their fancier packages. I appreciate saving a buck and being informed on my choices. Would recommend.
