Easy drop off, our dog smelled fantastic when she was done. Staff was great about accommodating a pre-existing injury. Would recommend this place.

Juicy looks cute every time she comes from her groomers and she has this cheerful joy about herself when she all dolled up, lol.

Pampered Paws is great! If you have a dog who is unsure about getting their hair cut they do a good job here of making sure they are comfortable.

Good place for dog pampering. Just make sure you give direct instructions on how you want you dog haircut. Without direct instructions cut may not be what you want. Our dog Charlie smells great when he is done.

I have been taking my dogs here for the past 4 years. They are reasonably priced and have done a great job.

Morgan does a great job on both my dogs. All employees are friendly & helpful. Price is within normal range

We took our miniature sheepadoodle to get groomed for the first time yesterday. We were a little nervous how she would do and how she would look. Morgan did an excellent job on Ivy and we were very pleased with how she looked when we picked her up. Ivy will definitely be going back.

They are friendly and do a good job. The lobby is pretty unattractive and I wish they would spruce it up a bit. The cuts they give are a little sub par but my dog always comes home clean and not traumatized. Seems like in Toledo that's about the most you can hope for. I've had a lot of bad experiences around town. My last groomer was wonderful but she retired and her replacement is terrible.

They did a great job grooming my puppy boy and very quickly too! I love that he doesn't have to stay in a cage all day!

They do a great job, just wish they did not wear face masks. My baby is afraid of the masks.

This place is the best. As a first time customer with 2 full grown newfies they were very friendly and professional with my gentle giants. Would definitely recommend to others.

Took my two little dogs in at noon. Went in at 2: 49pm
to check on their status. They were stuck in a crate together for almost three hours. Neither had anything done for them. Will never go back. New to the area and family told me one dog ran out and was hit by a car. Looking for a professional groomer in the area with good business acumen and grooming skills. These people just flat out lied to me.
Left with two not groomed traumatized dogs. Unbelievable

It was my first time there and when I went to pick up my dog her hair was not cut short enough. So the employee asked me if I had 15 minutes and she cut it again. Nowhere else has ever done that. And the haircut was exceptional! Will definitely be returning.

Louie was way past due for grooming. And Jaji was just adopted from a rescue. They were both a hot mess

My pups are always treated with love and look amazing! My one dog has nervous issues and they let him sit in the "Zen" area. That makes me giggle, but it does help him stay calm. My other dog likes to give them love and keeps the groomer distracted! And the other two simply don't want paws or faces touched, but the groomer works through it all! I don't know anywhere else that caters to a dog like this team.

We won't take our furbabies anywhere else! One of our pups is anxious by nature but Shaq is WONDERFUL with him. Our dogs always leave there looking fantastic and smelling great. I'm one of those overprotective dog moms and I never worry about them while they are there. I know they are loved and doted on. Thank you Pampered Paws!

Love this place. My dog always comes out looking amazing. They even give her bows in her hair. They take really good care of her.

I took my dogs in for their first grooming appointment. Both of my dogs are very scared of strangers and one of them was very matted around his neck from his collar. I expected him to be shaved. I came in to pick them up and they did a wonderful job with both dogs. My little guy wasn’t shaved and they took the time to work his Mats out, and I only spent half of what I was expecting to. You can tell they feel like new doggies. The groomers were incredibly nice. I would give them 5 stars but the receptionist that checked us in had poor customer service skills and couldn’t answer my questions.

I brought my dog in and told them how I wanted his hair cut. When I came to pick him up (when they said he was ready 4.5 hours later) they told me I didn’t actually want his hair cut how I asked for his hair cut, and didn’t do anything other than trim around his face. I had to take a half day off work to get his hair cut because the latest they would take him was noon so that they could do 4.5 hours of nothing. Very disappointed

First time dropping my two doodles off. They did a great job and I could tell the dogs were happy which gives reassurance leaving them there for a few hours.
