I have to say I was impressed with the crew on how hard they were working to get things out quickly. People were being difficult with them but they were patient. This team at 645 on 1/8 deserve a raise in the worst way. Because they worked harder than any crew I have seen in awhile, when the cashier asked me to round up for a charity I said nah $5 he smiled and said thank you. People out here do appreciate you guys! I will drive across town to come here again in a heartbeat! Way to go guys!

It was 4pm & was told they wouldn’t make any more super greens! I was disappointed. The honey sesame was a new item on menu but the portion I received was soggy & not fresh.

Disgusting. Went for the first time. Staff was untrained. Food was not fresh. My stomach is upset now. Would not recommend. Disappointing.

I told them for here & they put my stuff in a Togo bag. Food was OLD, dry, and had NO flavor. Got beef & broccoli and literally got THREE.pieces of meat. Egg rolls were burnt and nasty. NEVER AGAIN

By far the best restaurant to get freshly made authentic Chinese food on the east side of Columbus and probably the entire city. Both the staff and food are the best in Columbus, also extremely well priced.

I never travel on the East side. At the time I was pregnant and hungry lol. I went inside which was clean. The staff moved quickly for a friday evening and was friendly. I only ordered a side of orange chicken, as their fried rice is too dry for me. Chicken was fresh and hot.

Charged us for 6 meals, when we only ordered 5. Only sent 4 of the 6 meals they charged for, then when we asked to be refunded they refused and offered store credit. Not the first issue with this Panda Express, but will be my last! That's for sure.

I would've given them 5 stars but the onion mein is seriously pissing me off! I give most places good reviews for just doing the minimum bc that's all I expect and I go here for the chow mein which had always been mostly noodles but this has been 3 times in a row so I took a photo to show I'm not making this up. 75% of the chow mein is onions and it should have some in it to give it a kick but this is nonsense. I don't know
if the "higher ups" within the company are telling them to do this mess or really don't care but they need to chill out on the amount of onions in the chow mein, I've been to many other Panda Express across the country and locally and only this location does this and it pains me bc they are right in my neighborhood. I did eat some of the orange chicken, to make it more viewable so ignore that, then I combed thru the noodles until I got most of the onion out, I ate none of the noodles before I took the picture, all the onions I dug out are there in the lid portion, I was left with less than half of my compartment still noodles and there were still more onions in it. I could've just ordered a patch of sauteed onions bc that's all I got. Look closely you'll still see onion in the noodles that are there after I got all those onion out of it and even then every bite tasted like onions still. When every bite of noodles crunches and tastes like onion you want to say f this place and go elsewhere so it has made me drive out to the other one on Broad in Reynoldsburg from now on. I will never return to this location til it stops bc it's worth the extra 20+ minute drive. I will say that is my only concern tho long as you don't need chow mein they are a great place across the board but when you order chow mein you should get chow mein, i don't care if it costs more I'll pay it but don't give me a plate of onions!

The food was not good you might just eat the white rice and add mustard for a taste. Lo mein tasted like it came from a can. No napkins or forks given to drive thru. Yikes.

This place went downhill really quickly. They used to have really good food now the portions are incredibly small and the quality of food is abysmal.

This joint on point foreal. It's good, fast, and affordable. The service is cool too. They let you sample stuff which is cool because the food choices have a wide range. Everything is made fresh from fresh ingredients prior to being put on the heating trays. They cycle through ingredients quite quickly so every dish is warm enough to not need heating trays. The food and sauces are darn good and you can try something different eve if you go frequently.

The floor was sticky and I mentioned to several staff members and nobody did anything about it. But the staff was friendly. Food was just ok.
