Panda Express, Columbus OH

Their beyond orange chicken is detrimental to your health. I don’t blame them, it’s all the listeria at the beyond factories. I Was sick for a week after eating here

The worst Panda Express you can go to. Orange Chicken & Honey Ealnut Shrimp is always soft. Every other Pandas I have been to, its always been nice and crispy and fresh. Definitely not here. My honey Walnut shrimp was so soggy and soft, it was plain tasting. No honey glaze or anything. You can see in the picture that there is barely any sauce and its soft. Yuck!

Drive thru girl by the name of Kierstyn was incredibly rude. Basically threw my food at me. I wanted extra soy sauce she didn’t give me a chance to even ask so I waited at window for her to come back. She did with an attitude, I asked her for it, she handed it to me like I was putting her out, didn’t say here you go, have a nice day, nothing. Just slammed the window back closed. I sat there for a minute fuming. As I was driving off another girl that was with her was smirking and waving bye to me (obviously being sarcastic). I am 47 years old, and I’m not going to be treated like that by someone I could be the mother of. Teach your employees some manners at the Hilliard Rome Location.

On a busy night I get things get messed up but to claim that just because you made something there should be no mistake is not okay. Nobody is perfect and things get forgotten when in a rush. Don’t try to claim nothing is wrong when I’m staring at my order and would love nothing more than it to be right so I could eat but instead I had to drive back and get it after finally convincing you it was wrong.

This is my first time ever eating at a Panda Express and I’m not impressed only due to the fact of how I was treated.

We love Panda express and choose to get food there for New years eve for our family. We drove all the way there at 7pm to a closed restaurant. It clearly shows the Hilliard, OH location being open till 9pm online. Very unprofessional and immature. I spent 20 years of my life working in the restaurant business on every holiday until after closing times and I never closed early to go party. Highly disappointed!

The food buss but i didnt get much beijing beef like i got the last couple pieces from the pot

Every time my wife and i come to eat here they never have all the food ready. We have to wait between 10-20 minutes for the items we want.

Food fresh. Staff very organized, friendly and courteous. Love the chow mein. Facilities clean. All staff wore masks. Plastic dividers along the food line and at checkout. Quite a few tables blocked off to maintain social distancing. Enjoyed the visit.

Food is as normal. Indoor not open for dining. 3 stars solely for the inside being opened with no choice for dining in (nearby restaurants with no inside dining DO NOT allow inside ordering). Extremely misleading when you want to leave your pandemic space for an hour only to be mislead by open doors.

Went in to get dinner before going home. 45 minutes before closing and items were limited. Additionally, they put my food in the to go box, left it on the counter, and helped others instead of checking me out. NEVER AGAIN! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING!

No dine in or outside tables. If you want to eat here carry it out to your car. Food is bland with no distinguished flavor from the variety of options offered. My daughter refered to it as cardboard with tasteless sauce on top.

This is our second time at this location and we love it! I nanny 3 kids and one of their favorite places to eat is Panda Express. This location has the management and team. They are kind, patient even when busy and understanding. My 6 year old spilled his soda all over and as I tried to clean it with paper towels one of the team members, Katsana, I believe (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) came over and said she totally understood, ha a little boy too and took over telling me to finish enjoying my lunch. She has been great both times we’ve come and even remembered the kids order with us only being here 1 other time. 5 stars foe this location!

I've been to this place about 5 times in the past 2 years. All five times, which span form lunch, to dinner, to in the evening, they have never once had what I was asking for. Not one time. Even this last time, they had on their menu sign, a steak and shrimp combo in a massive picture. I figured this meant they would at least have that. Nope. "Sorry we are out of that, so perhaps you'd like". No. Just no. I'll never go to this place again. They NEVER have what I want to order. I am baffled at all the positive reviews. How am I the only guy who never gets what they want to order? I don't know. I can just say my experience is, all five times I've been there "sorry we're out of X" How can you be out of the "special" menu item you are specifically promoting? Garbage store. I'll never go there again. Waste of time.

Food was Panda Express food, got what I wanted there. Customer service through drive through was terrible. Drink came with no ice in an ICED TEA. Was told they had sweetener packets (normal sweet tea is too sweet for me so I get unsweetened and do it myself), however she brought me none and when another employee tried to assist me she directed her to the teriyaki sauce and said that all they had. These places are common enough, I’ll just go to the next nearest in the future.

The food is good for a fast-food chinese chain. My biggest complaint is the speed; since the beginning of the pandemic, the drive-thru line is regularly backed out through the parking lot, not because there are that many cars but because there is really only room for 2 cars behind the place where you order, and they don't take the next order until the previous person has received their food and pulled away. It has been a full year now, and it has not improved, regularly taking 15-20 minutes to order and get food.

Expect to sit and wait at the order speaker for literally 10+ minutes most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. This place is a joke and needs serious HELP!

Very horrible service. I went through the drive thru and was told to go to the front cause it will take 10 more minutes on one of my item. I said that was fine and drove to the front. After 40 minutes waiting outside, I went inside to check on my order. Apparently they forgot about my order. Horrible service, will not be coming here again.

Had a really good deal for Mother's Day. It was good too. The lady at the window was courteous. I will visit this location again.
