10We stopped by last night on the way home from an event, and the staff was great. Service was fast and friendly, despite it being ten minutes til closing. Sometimes you get what you get at closing time, i.e, the dry last bit of chicken etc, but the portions were good, and the food was really good and fresh tasting.
This place is straight trash Periodt. Don't waste your time nor money, and to think I haven't had Panda Express Inna very long time at this Easton. Better off with somewhere else. Don't walk run
Got the rice with Beijing beef and teriyaki chicken. Chicken was all burnt and rice was extremely salty. Overall very disappointed
Missing part of order. Ordered online and stood there at the front waiting forever while I saw my food behind the counter getting cold as they called up others in front of me. Super small portions
I got a plate with rice some general tso chicken and I didn’t have to wait in line too long for it and it tasted really good
Very long waiting time. The reason? Only 1 staff is working at the front and the other 2 were just wandering at the back with doing nothing. Looks like the employees here don't have a sense about timing and don't care about the customers.
I ordered the beyond orange chicken. Not only did I get real chicken but it was raw. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT - YOU WILL GET SICK.
Always short staffed, you have to wait for 20 minutes to pay after your food is packed and ready.
Dined in at Panda Express of Easton Town center in Columbus, Ohio. The experience was overall mediocre, but what led me to write this review was the rude and unprofessional customer service by the cashier Angelica. She had a bad attitude through the entire exchange while even raising her voice at me jn frustration when i asked for napkins. My pregnant friend asked for a refill of her water cup and she refused to serve her it. It was shocking that she would represent this company who's food I usually enjoy.
