9Love how you can by special charms just for that special someone in your life. The workers and customers wear their masks. The workers sanitized every piece of jewelry touched. Customer service was great!
This place is so beautiful. I like it very much. The ladies there were so helpful. My bracelet was not doin so good an they took care of my issue. When I got it back it looked just like new. I was really blown away when i saw it.
Customer service is nice, it's just sad when people can't control there children, there was a little girl there drumming on the glass tops and it just made shopping so annoying. No one should have to ask not to drum or tap in the glass or fir you to say something to your child whom seems old enough to know better!
Store opens at 9am. Here at 932am store still isnt open. Bad business practice to not be open when advertised. I drove out of my way to go here because it says it opens earlier than the other ones.
There's not enough salespeople in the store to help customers on the floor. I wanted to buy a charm for my sister, but ended up leaving because there was no one available to help me.
I myself love pandora so far is been a great buy.my husband is the one that ussually buy this precious bracelet, charms, earrings, for me but I myself visit the store to buy 2 bracelets and few charms for 1 of our daughters birthday and the experience at the store was nice very kind the person that help us.this location is very clean.
I was in shopping for my Mom' s birthday and I had no idea on what to get until the girls showed me all of the different necklace options. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at this location. My mother was very happy and so was I on the experience.
Very disappointed with the service the ladies were watching me like I was going to steal something and the store was out of everything I was looking for.
