The service at Panel Town is excellent, and the selection of quality materials and installation accessories is impressive. The staff (a true team of helping professionals) takes time to help if the order is small (My total cost for a small bathroom floor was about $150), or large (I have also purchased 600 sq ft of hardwood flooring). They give excellent advice on the details of installing flooring. And they back up what they sell. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for flooring or wood products.

A great place to buy flooring. Tons of flooring on display, flooring care, installing, etc. Best part are the people…friendly and knowledgeable. Look no further. This is the only place for flooring. They have everything you could possibly need from trim, fancy register/vent covers and the BEST selection of flooring. Brandon and Herman are extremely knowledgeable. Never go to those big box stores again. Support local! Toni from Grove City.

Nate delivered our flooring last Spring and I can’t say enough about what an outstanding employee he is. He was cheerful and very courteous, all the while Nate was single handedly hauling flooring from the truck into our house. You can’t possibly pay him enough. He’s a one in a million employee.

We had a wonderful experience with Panal Town! We worked with Dawson who was great. He was very patient and helped me pull out practically all of the samples on the floor. The quality of the wood flooring that we purchased is top-notch. The installer they recommended did a fantastic job and I would recommend him as well. The only suggestion I have for improvement is better communication from the sales staff at the store.
